茂木も離脱では完敗も致し方なし

茂木がいないと打てるのは浅村、島内だけだが浅村は全三振。ロメロが二安打１本と頑張ったが基本的にソロの人なので大した反撃にはならず。
しかし浅村の負担を減らそうとＤＨにしたのだろうが、なんで渡邊なのか？藤田でいいはずじゃない？藤田は打てるから前半は代打の切り札として起用してたんでしょ？そして守備は確実に藤田の方が上だからセカンドが空けば今のメンバーでは真っ先にスタメンのはず。それでも渡邊だったということは、藤田のベンチ入りは三木監督の意向じゃない、という事ではないのか？
先日、元楽天マスダ氏のラジオ発言として渡邊（佳）は四球０だ、という事を聞いた。本当だったが、それはもう打者として変である。渡邊には全球ストライクが来ている訳はない。確かに大きく外れたボールは見逃しているが、バットが届く球ならすべて手を出しているようだ。つまりボール球を打ってヒットになったこともあるだろうが、ボール球を打って凡打している回数も多いという事だ。出塁率237.はやはり低い。今日も松本がややコントロールで苦しんでいるのに３－１から打って凡退。確かにバッティングカウントではあるがフルカウントだと尚更投手に重圧がかかるシーンだったんだけどね。

そもそも石井ＧＭがどこまで権限を持っているのかがわからない。自分が信頼しているヤクルト、西武時代の関係者を多く入閣させたが、今だに多く居る「元楽天選手派」は石井ＧＭが希望してコーチとしていれたのだろうか？それとも「ある程度は自由にさせるが、鉄平、塩川～、～、～だけは絶対にベンチに入れてもらうからな」という「上の人」からの命令を飲まざるを得ない立場なのか？それならＧＭとは言えないような気がするけど。
本来は監督がＧＭの言う通りの試合をしていれば「〇〇を昇格させろ」とか横やりが入ったら「いらんこと言うな」とＧＭが突っぱねればよいだけのような気がするが、遠慮して石井さんが言えないのか、石井さんが「ある程度上の人の意向も聞かないとね」という考えなのか？

このカードは接戦の初戦を落としたことがすべてだが、怪我人まで出したことで一番の戦犯は塩川コーチだと思う。彼は平石時代には戦略なんとかという役割でヘッドコーチのような事をしていたと思うが後半にベンチから出る立場のコーチに移動したと思う。塩川コーチは別に楽天の功労者というわけではない。典型的な「上の人」に気に入られてコーチの立場を保っているように見える。石井ＧＭが三木監督や金森コーチと同様に「元楽天組でもこの人は有能だからコーチをしてほしい」と認めたのならよいのだが、元有名選手でもコーチ向きじゃないときはスパッと切れる権限がないとすればＧＭはただのＦＡ、トレード交渉役でしかないもんなあ。

ところで、今日は鉄平コーチがベンチから外されたとのこと。ここ数試合の結果から渡邊コーチにお願いしたとかいうコメントらしかったが。なんでもコーチのベンチ入りにも人数制限があり（当たり前か）渡邊兼任コーチを入れると毎試合一人はベンチに入れないらしい。ただ、金森と鉄平という一軍正規コーチの中の一人をベンチ外にしたというのは何か軋轢があるのかもしれないと思ってしまう。つまり「上の人」は押し付けた「元楽天組」とＧＭが連れてきた「石井組」の間に方向性の違いがあるのではないか？確かに浅村がバッティングを鉄平に相談することなど、なさそうで相談するなら渡邊だろうし。まあ、鉄平は渡邊がトレードで出されるときに泣いて抗議した選手だから渡邊本人との関係は良いと思うのだが。
まあ、まだ試合は残っているので面倒な内紛にならないことを願おう。

さて、瀧中はやはり一軍では無理ですな。剛速球で空振りを取るタイプではなく変化球で打たせて取るタイプ。絶妙なコントロールが必要である。そのコントロールに絶対の自信がある！というのならまだしも「投げてみないとわかりません」タイプでは起用のしようがない。
また、投手編成にも問題があると思う。だって涌井以外は長くて６回、ほとんどが５回、今日は３回と見切って代える監督のせいもあるが、毎日リリーフを最低３～４人起用するのである。だったら野手を削ってもリリーフ投手の頭数を増やしておくべきである。津留崎や寺岡はすでに１点差で勝っているときや同点の時などで登板して勝ち継投の部類に入っている。しかし今日のような負け試合でも投げ、寺岡に至っては毎マタギまでさせている。
外部から「楽天のリリーフは疲弊している」と評されても何の手も打っていないってどういうことなんだろう。今日はまだ３点差、４点差だったが以前のように９点差とかで負けている時も安楽や津留崎、寺岡を投げさせてたら、そりゃあ潰れるよ。うたれても良いから長いイニング連投も可能な投手を一人は上げておくべきだと思う。

茂木が来週からまた元気に出てきてくれる事を願うばかりである。
