６点差で８回だからブルペンはもう上がっていたのだろうか？ただ３点差ハーマンだとしても前日のハーマンを見ていれば念のために誰かは肩を作っておくというのはプロなら当然だったはず。それともブルペンコーチが「今日は守護神がなげるから、お前らもうやらんでいいぞ」とでもいったのだろうか。平石監督のベンチの表情では交代させるための情報を慌ただしく確認している様子もなかったので「リリーフは誰もいない」と知っていて「負けるくらい打たれてもこのままいく」とか思っていたんだろうか。

翌日は休みだったわけだから松井でも久保でも小刻みに起用できたはずなのである。全員投入して８、９回に５点までは取られても良いから６つのアウトを取る、ってそんな難しいことじゃないと思うけどなあ。ロッテを舐めすぎていたとしか思えない。

話は変わるが外国人の話。
ペゲーロとウィーラーはいつまで起用するつもりなんだろうか。
アタシはディクソンを１カードで切ったからペゲーロも早いかと思ったら今日抹消しないということは明日以降もライト先発なんだろう。これって「ペゲーロ落としたらライト岡島だよ」と言われるケースだが説得力がない。別に岡島じゃなくてもいいじゃん。フェルナンドもいるし桝田をライトにしたってペゲーロ並みの守備はできるし。
ペゲーロは急に調子が落ちたというよりは全チームに攻略方法がいきわたって実践されたという感じだろうか。したがって本人がそれに対応できるまでは同じ結果だと思うんだけどな。
ウィーラーに到っては復帰後５打点という活躍もあったので期待はした。
しかし、ウィーラーはここ６試合１７打数２安打166.そのうち１安打は昨日のセカンド内野安打なのである。通算の得点圏打率でも197.と勝利に貢献できていない選手を頑なに使い続ける理由はなんなのだろうか。守備は問題ある（特に昨日は取れそうな打球を見逃して西巻の責任になったケースもあった）のでＤＨの場合も多いがＤＨで起用するほど打ちますか？という感じ。チームに少ない大砲が必要ということなんだろうけど、この成績なら内田をＤＨで起用してもフェルナンドでもあまり変わりはないように思える。そもそもウィーラーが戻ってきてから連敗街道が復活したのである。同時にアマダーがいなくなったという事実もあるが。

アマダーは続報がないけれど、どうなるんだろう。巷では「薬物野郎は追放だ」という意見が多いようだが疑問が多い。
直接筋肉増強剤が出たわけではない。ま、隠蔽薬品を使用していた以上、それらを摂取していたと考えるのが普通だが。
ただ、ヘロインやコカインをやっていたわけではないし、違法カジノにいったわけでも買春したわけでもない。違法行為ではないのだ。

ただ、本人が「引退しる～」とか小心者ぶりを発揮した発言をしていることや、走れない事、ホームランはあくまで３０本打ったかもしれないという想像である事、ケガで離脱が多い事、などを考えると新しい外国人を探すのだろうなと予想。個人的にはアマダーでも良いんだけどね。


明日から球団はどんなスタンスで野球をやるのだろうか。負けるわけにはいかないというモチベーションは少なくなっただろうし、来期を見据えて、というのであればペゲーロなんかで外野枠を使っている場合ではない。かといって全員二軍から上げてきた若手ばかりにすれば「捨て試合を見せるのか」と言われるだろうし難しいのだろうと思う。
自力３位はなくなってしまったが、「他力」つまりソフトバンク、オリックス、ロッテが不調になった時に希望を持って戦える位置にだけはいてほしいと思うのである。
