ディクソンいらなかった

岸のローテを一回飛ばすという事で抹消し森原を登録。だが森原はロングはできないし近藤も水曜くらいまではロングリリーフできないのではないかと思った。ならば森原に加えて敗戦処理投手をもう一人一週間だけ上げても良いのではないかと。
今になって気づいたかのように島井を抹消したが登録されたのはディクソン。
長打を打てる選手が少ないから、という理由だったようだが二軍でのホームラン数は
岩見　９本
フェルナンド８本
内田８本
桝田８本
ディクソン６本
なんである。
内田は最近あまり打ってないし内野が被るからしかたない。岩見もほとんどホームランは打っていない。ただ最近の長打率から言えばフェルナンドが先だと思っていた。しかしディクソンは岩見らの半分ほどの打席数で６本という率を買われたのだろうか。
なんか「んじゃあ島井は抹消しても良いけど代わりにディクソン昇格な」とか言った人がいるのではないかと勘繰りたくなる。
だってコラレスと同じ時期という事は、今一軍に上げて活躍してもらわないと獲得を主導した人間のメンツが潰れ評価が下がるという事ではないかと思ったので。

ディクソンは一軍の試合に出た短い期間しか見ていないが今日も印象は変わらない。真ん中のストレートは振り遅れて当たる気配すらない。外角のボールも無理やり引っ張って内野ゴロ。変化球は手が出ない。
打撃は慣れれば打てるのかもしれないが守備と走塁が怪しい。
レフトへのヒットを追うのにも緩慢な動作。どうも怠慢というのではなく懸命に走っているらしい。サードゴロでの一塁への走塁を見れば走力はアマダー程度じゃないかとも思えてくる。
フロントのごり押しで上がってきたとすれば、打てなくてもしばらくは起用するのかもしれない。長打外国人の威圧感という意味では聖澤よりも相手に与える意味は大きいのかもしれないが今の時期に守備を度外視してまで起用する選手なのか？と疑問がわく。
今日はウィーラーもノーヒットで目立たなかったが、この選手の起用で悪い方向に行かない事を願うばかりだ。

西武に２連敗はしたが幸いにもＡクラスト絶望するほど離されたわけでもない。茂木に長打が出てきたことを前向きに考えたいところではある。
