島井ショックで大敗

えっと、なんで島井と関係あるのかは後程わかるので順番に読んでくださいね。（あくまで自説です） 初回から信じられないほど打たれた岸が１回で降板。後からニュースで見た話では膝の痛みらしく今日この頃のものではないらしい。これは仕方ないのだけれど問題は緊急登板の投手である。
近藤は元々ロング用に昇格していた投手ではあるが、昨日と一昨日で3.5イニングほど投げていて今日投げれば３連投なのである。
ずっと先発調整してきた投手がリリーフで３連投もできるわけがない。事実、一昨日の投球は１４８ｋのストレートで押しまくって無失点だったものの、昨日はややストレートの速さが落ちた。今日に到ってはストレートが最速１４３ｋ。もうストレートで勝負できる球威はなかったのだから滅多打ちも当然である。問題は何故、無茶な３連投をさせるしかない状況だったか、というところであろう。
通常は先発のアクシデントに備えてどのチームでもロング要員を一人は入れて置く。そのロング要員が近藤だったわけだが昨日と一昨日に２連投しているためにロング要員はゼロと認識するのが普通である。そして他のリリーフ投手は１イニング限定か長くて２イニングなので代役もいない。
普通なら近藤を一旦抹消して代わりのロング要員を入れて置くだろう。近藤が二試合で良い投球をしていて抹消したくない、と思うのなら少しの間だけ野手を一人抹消して、とりあえずロング要員を何日間か入れるという手もあるだろう。
そしてベンチだって素人じゃないのだから、その必要性は十分に感じていたことだろう。

どうして野手を削れなかったかと言えば削る野手がいなかったからである。いや、なんか滅多に起用しないし起用しても機能しない野手がいたような気がするが抹消はできないのである。
つまり島井は絶対に何があっても抹消できないから投手が足りない状況にも目をつぶるしかなかったのではないか？
まあ、島井個人には恨みはない。育成で頑張って支配下になってよかったし活躍してくれよとも思う。しかし現状ではアマダーもペゲーロもいないし絶対に代走が必要だという選手は今江くらいである。そして代走は聖澤か岡島のスタメンじゃなかった方で間に合うのではないか。盗塁しなければ試合の勝ち負けにかかわる、というシーンも少ないし何よりその盗塁は滅多に成功していない。どう考えても今最も不在で困らないのが島井なのである。
島井を抹消できないためにドラ１近藤に過酷な３連投をさせなければならないという体制に楽天の闇のようなものを感じてしまうのである。何も島井を１０日だけ抹消して投手入れて１０日経ったら戻せばいいじゃん。
島井は去年、平石監督の下で盗塁王を取って、なおかつ打席も与えてもらったから３割近い打率も記録できて支配下になったので平石監督個人の一押しなのかとも思っていたが、そもそも球団からそういった事が二軍監督に指示が出されていた、という事も考えられるので島井をごり押ししている人が誰なのかはわからない。ただ、いまのところ役に立っていないのだから、もっと練習させるとか、チーム内交代枠に支障まではきたさないようにするとか、やりようはあると思うんだけど。


さて今日は右投手だったので岡島がスタメンだったが、昨日、二四球選んだ聖澤がずっと上に見えたのでびっくり。第一打席に細川風バスター打法をやって次からすぐやめたりと迷走ぶりが目立った。最終回は守備陣を大幅に変更。
勝てない試合だから主力は休ませる、というのはMLBでもよくやるし異論はないのだが、あとで見たニュースによると「お客さんもたくさん入ってたので何かないかと」と平石監督はファンサービスをにおわせていた模様。
だったら松井とか投げさせずに三好を登板させればよかったのではないかしら。
最後のファースト山下、サード銀二、レフト桝田、キャッチャー岡島には思わず笑ったが違和感がぬぐえなかった。ライトがいないので島内をライトに回してレフト桝田というお試しもあったのかもしれないが、レフト桝田は二軍で嫌というほど練習させてればよかったじゃないの。二軍での桝田はすべてＤＨ起用だし、元々いざという時の対応を準備してないもんね。

そして嶋の疲れを考慮して出した山下をファーストにしてまでの岡島キャッチャー起用。以外にそつなくプレーしていたが「ほら！こういう訳で岡島はどんなに悪くとも一軍ベンチに置く必要があるんですよ」というアピールのためにしか見えなかったな。
ま、岡島も２０１３年に出たいから外野手コンバート！を決めたのが早すぎたかも。当時は嶋は絶対だし伊志嶺や小関もいた。嶋がいるかぎり出番がないまま伊志嶺のようにあっという間に年を取ってしまうのでは？と恐怖した気持ちもわかるが。そのまま続けていればデーブのころには強肩、俊足で嶋を抜いて第一捕手だったかもしれないよなあ。
ま、今日の岡島捕手パフォーマンスがなくとも足立を下げた時点で岡島は第三捕手の立場だから絶対に抹消できないんだけど。
捕手だと二試合１安打くらいでもよいのだから一度くらい捕手岡島スタメンにしてみたらどうなのだろうか。意外と盗塁阻止は嶋よりよかったりするのではないか。

ということでさすがに明日は近藤抹消だろう。月曜日休んだくらいで戻らないだろうし。１イニングなら勝ち継投でいけたかもしれないのに残念だ。
こういう時こそ若手が出てくるチャンスでもあるのだが、外野に欲しいオコエは行方不明。足が治ったとして復帰戦で２安打して以来は３軍戦にも出ていないので吉持のように復帰戦でまた痛めたのではないかと予想。ペゲーロは今日ホームラン打ったようだが「左本」らしい。逆方向を狙ったものでなく多分「振り遅れたフライ」を力でスタンドインさせたようなものだろうから当てにはならないと思う。
希望は西巻くらいだろうか。今日はノーヒットでエラーもあったが、藤田不在のセカンドで渡辺がレギュラーという事はないだろう。三好もない。なら今は西巻がセカンドレギュラーである。何とか１試合１本ヒット打ってればたまにエラーするくらいなら三好、村林よりは優先されるだろう。

さきほど近藤は抹消されると書いたが、実際には一日おきで１イニングだったらストレートオンリーでセットアッパーもいけそうな球威。落とさずに来週半ばまで休ませれば戦力になるだろう。ここで岡島か島井を抹消して別な投手を上げたなら平石監督を見直すんだけどなあ。
