結局これがベストメンバーなんだ

今日のスタメンを見た時にため息が出た。またこれかよ！
３番銀次、５番今江、レフトは岡島。内田はベンチ。
確かに今江はここ最近最も打っているし千賀に内田では無理だという判断もあるだろう。先日打ったのは二軍投手のようなものだし。
しかし内田では千賀に対して力不足だというなら何故１アウト満塁で代打内田なのか。何故誰よりも信頼している岡島に打たせなかったのか。そして左右にこだわるくせに次の代打が右の渡辺なのはどうしてか。やっぱり岡島じゃダメか、んじゃ内田、ダメだったからベテラン、とか迷いしか案じられない。もちろん内田は右の代打として昇格させたのだがアマダーがいない今は４打席与えて長打を期待すべきだろう。
ウィーラーがちょっと打つようになったとは言え長打は少ない。ペゲーロ以外はツーベースすら期待できない単打打者しかいないのだ。銀次だって４の０ということも多いのだから内田が数試合４の０でも変わらないのではないか。いつものように左を並べるだけの無難で無策なスタメンを見て勝とうという強い意識がないように思えた。

投手も野手と同じで定番のメンバーは不動だと思う。美馬も池田も抹消したがすぐに上げた。しかし福山は出ると打たれている（失点なしでも安打はある）のに日をおいて登板させて打たれる。菅原もけっこう打たれているのに抹消はしない。外野手と違って投手は二軍に成績の良い人が多いのである。
先発なら防御率は

森　　５試合0.82
リリーフなら

3.86の久保を真っ先に上げるのも不思議。
一度しか打たれていない浜矢がすぐに落とされたのから考えても「去年よかった人」だけは何が何でも一軍に置いておく、という事なのだろう。結局は去年の５月ころのメンバーが全員調子を上げてくれる事だけが頼りなんだと思う。
茂木、藤田、銀次、ウィーラー、アマダー、ペゲーロ、今江、岡島、島内、嶋
本当はこのメンバーに内田は入れたくないのだろう。聖沢やオコエ、三好はあくまで守備の控えという位置づけかも。岡島を何が何でも起用するのもこれを崩したくないからではないか。
でも島内はいないしアマダーもいないから崩れているんだけどね。
崩れちゃったんだから臨機応変に入れ替えを試してみても良いと思うのだが。
今日は岡島に代わってレフトに入った八百板がフライを落球して失点。「やっぱり岡島じゃないと」という声も出ただろうが岡島もちょうどあのあたりで落球しているから同じでは。あの辺は照明が入るのかもしれない。
しかし次の八百板の打席でオコエが代打で出るという懲罰的交代。いや、相手は右だから左打者が有利なんじゃないの？まだ試合終わってないのに客に懲罰の打席見せるなんて。そんなん試合終わってからやればいいじゃない。客は点差があっても「何とか追いついてくれ」と切実に祈っているんだから。

ただその考え方も理解はできる。外野手はオコエ、島井、今日もまったく打てなかった聖沢、八百板で誰がスタメン外野手なら良いか？と考えた時に打って活躍しそうな人はいないのだ。むろん二軍にだってフェルナンドがいるだけ。となるとライトはペゲーロだからレフトは岡島、センターを打たないであろう残り三振から選ぶ。となると最弱の外野ができちゃうことになる。

もちろん若手は一切起用しないでベテランばかり、というわけではない。茂木はルーキーから、森原や菅原もルーキーから起用された。しかし若手の場合は異常に起用し過ぎるという傾向がある。それで森原はつぶれたし茂木だって過剰起用でつぶれた。そしてレギュラーはロートルばかりになっていくのだ。

銀次の捉えた打球がゆるゆると１、２塁間の守備の間を抜けて行ってスタートを切っていたセカンドランナー今江が懸命に走ってサードに滑り込みセーフ。しかしサードストップというのを見ている立場からすればねえ。なんか昔は見えないくらい打球が早かったのだけれど今の銀次の打球は遅い、遅い誰もいないセンター前なら簡単だが、１、２塁間、三遊間は守備のど真ん中に飛ばないと打球が遅いから守備に追いつかれちゃう。打球が弱いから飛んでも外野の定位置。少しまえにでれば何てことのないフライ。やや左中間でも右中間でも打球が遅いから守備が捕りに行って充分間に合う。というような話もあるところから聞いた。つまり銀次はもう現状のようなペースでたまにタイムリーシングルヒット打つ程度しか活躍はできないまま消えるというような話でしたけど。どうなんでしょうね、言い得て妙という気もしましたが。

ま、このベテラン超優遇若手無視選手起用はだれにも文句言われることもなくシーズン終了まで続くのでしょうから見ている方は終わった段階で球団には一切かかわらずに楽天テレビもスポーツナビもプロ野球セットも「楽天の姿勢が気に入らないのでやめた」と全部やめたら球団も……考えませんな、また新規の客を騙して連れてくるだけだもんな。

そう思われたくなければ、投手のほうだけでも既存メンバーをぶっこわすくらいの入れ替えをやってくれよと思う。
