投手我慢の日が続く

なんつーか先発が７回２失点でも負けそうな試合でした。今後は涌井でも３失点する日もあるだろうし、則本が炎上するときもあるだろう。岸だって毎回完封はできない。早川だって点は取られる。いまのところは土曜と木曜が負け日で一週間４勝２敗ペースなので５割はいけそう？だが４本柱の誰かが崩れた時に逆転できる打力がない。
しかし左腕がうてませんなあ。これは良い右打者がいないという理由じゃないだろう。ブラッシュやアマダー、ウィーラーがいた時も左に弱かったもんね。ま、今年は辰巳、茂木、小深田あたりは左を苦にしていないのが頼もしくはあるが。
鈴木大地に当たりが出てきたのは良い傾向。これで自動アウトは捕手と田中と、必ず４の１の小郷くらいになってくる。
田中に関しては送りバントすら空振りするという始末。結果オーライで鈴木はサードまで進めたが、さすがにあそこで田中にスクイズは出せなかっただろう。小郷も確かバントは下手だったはずだが相手もバントなんて考えていなかったためか見事成功。この１点は試合を決める１点になったと思う。情けない三振ゲッツーの茂木（あれはサイン出すほうもどうかと思うが）最後は低めのフォークを救い上げてエンタイトル２ベース。
しかし８回に洒井は驚いた。負けゲームで投げることもあり、僅差の勝ちゲーム、しかも８回なんてなかったはず。これは牧田の調子が今一つであることと、明日はもし打線が機能して勝っていた場合は必ず牧田、松井を使わざるを得ないから、という事ではないか。正直言ってランナー背負って吉田の時は同点まで覚悟したもんなあ。


というわけで、土曜と木曜の炎上負け覚悟の他に４本柱の試合も冷や冷やしてみなければならない日が続くのだという事ですねえ。
田中はもう打てる気配すらないけれど、これだけロースコアのゲームになった際には守備的には絶対に必要な選手。捕手が一人増えたと考えるしかなさそう。
今日の島内ＤＨも島内の疲れの問題もあるが、昨日のレフトオーバーも田中だったら追いついたのでは？という思いが首脳陣にはあったと思う。確かに島内は田中、辰巳、武藤に比べれば今は守備範囲も狭く、昔の怪我で肩も弱い。守備固めが必要な選手である。
そして小郷はレフトの経験がないのか、レフトではかなりエラーをするが、ライトではふつうである、なので今後もライト田中、ＤＨ小郷かライト小郷、ＤＨ横尾とかになるんでしょうなあ。
小郷はオープン戦ほど長打は打たないが（昨日は打った）、一応は出場試合で必ず１ヒットは売っているし、今日もスクイズを決めた。外国人が来ても案外外野で残るのは小郷と武藤かもしれませんなあ。

明日は弓削。まあ、撃たれるだろうが、どれだけ打たれるのかがカギ。ランナーをためてホームランとかだと一昨日と同じで早々と捨て試合になってしまう。２失点くらいしたら安楽に交代させるのがいいんじゃないすかねえ。４本本柱での取りこぼしがある事を考えると土曜と木曜でいくつかは勝ちを拾っておきたいところだ。

★ドルフィンさん、田中は守備要員で打撃が上がるのを待つのでしょう。外国人が来たら二軍かもしれませんが。少なくとも２回は守備で勝利に貢献してますからねえ。左も苦手ですが山岡も苦手だったっような。要は各チームのNO.２までは完封される恐れのある打線なんすよねえ。
