西武は銀次を舐めていた

どう見ても「打たれたってシングルだから」という投球だった。無理はない。楽天ファンだって「せめてポテンヒットでつないで」としか思ってなかっただろうから。
そこにインコースの甘いボールが来て、フルスイング。ギリギリでなく文句なし飛距離のホームラン。これは西武にとって想定外だっただろう。
だからといって、これからも長打狙いで外野定位置フライはやめてほしいけれど。
しかし浅村を除けば打線は相変わらず低調。前回、今井に６回までノーヒットノーランされた事に対する対策とか何にもしてないんじゃね？
辰己にしても右投手だからといって７月２割のバッターをスタメンとか考えられないし。
堀内は嶋どころでなく投手も含めて１２球団で最も打てないバッターになっている。何とかしないと捕手としてはいずれ消えることになるんじゃないだろうか。エラーも多いことだし。

和田と古川のトレードはどちらが得だったかまだわからない。古川は初回炎上と言う特性を巨人で出してしまったわけだが、和田もシングルヒット３本では変則守備を敷いてまで起用するかどうかは微妙である。なんだか内田と同じ匂いがするんだよなあ。

菊池と下水流のトレードは完全に広島が得している。というより起用法だろう。楽天では菊池は敗戦処理のロングリリーフとアクシデント時の先発という起用限定で「連投は無理」という判断でブルペンには入らなかった。だが広島では一度炎上したが最近は１イニング無失点を続けて完全にリリーフ陣の一角を担っている。
これは「菊池に連投させたら壊れるから」と楽天首脳陣が思っていて、「壊れたら新しい人入れればいいんじゃない？」と広島が巨人風に考えているのかもしれないけれど。
でもきっと楽天投手コーチ陣が勝手に決めつけていただけのような気がするなあ。
下水流はまだ結果は出ていないけれど守備が抜群に上手いわけでなく、小技もイマイチ。つまり左相手の代打で長打を打てなければ右の外野手としては生き残れないだろうから、次の左投手との対戦が最後のチャンスかもね。

安心して見られる大差の試合ではなかったが、則本で勝てたのは大きいと思う。明日も辛島なので打線が初回から点を取ってほしいもんですな。
