運が良かった。という今日の勝利。
予想以上に和田が打てず、和田が故障で交代していなかったらどうだったろう。決定的な高田のエラーもバットにまともに当てられなかった茂木が逆方向に強い当たりを打ったからだし。島内の内野安打も同様。
明らかなボール球まで空振り三振を繰り返し不振真っただ中の浅村が犠牲フライに専念してさすがの勝負強さを見せた。
むろん、投手陣は褒められるべきだが昨日の美馬完投で勝ち継投をフルに起用できたのだから当然と言えば当然か。

打線は結局、肝心なウィーラー、浅村が不調のままだから、塁に出る役の茂木や島内、銀次がたまたま打てない日は打てる人がゼロになってしまう。
ブラッシュはあくまで外角のスライダーを追いかける気は気はないらしく、外の球がボールと判断されれば四球、ストライクだったらミノサン、とパターンが決まってきた。外まで打ちに行ってウィーラーみたいになるのは困るが、問題はベース上の落ちる球は振ってしまうところ。もう、どこでも真ん中の速い球で勝負はしてこないだろうから。ただ、うてなくとも四球で出る分、アマダーやペゲーロよりずっといいかな。

しかし明日はミランダ、スゲー勝っているわけでもないのは「楽天、左は打てねえからよ」という小ばかにした作戦だろう。
そして対左専用機である下水流は今日どうだったか？
茂木を一塁に置いた場面で「よく四球を選びました」とか解説者言ってたけどへんじゃね？その前のい何度も試みたエンドランをすべてファウル。前に飛ばせなかったのだ。
そして次の打席では和田に対して一度も振らずに見逃し三振。ピッチャーが右になったから辰巳がでるかと思ったら、そのまま出て初球を簡単に引っかけてサードゴロ。
つーか、６番に入れるような選手なの？今年怪我無いのに広島で一軍に呼ばれなかったわけでしょ？もしかして首脳陣しらないのかな？古川だって結果出しているのに、とりあえずは二軍調整で、あとしばらくしてから起用されるというのに。

無論、これだけで失格としてはいけないのかもしれないが、左を打てる右の必要性は待ったなしである。これならオコエの方が良いのではないか？と思っていたら上がってきたのは島井。
う～ん。ま、平石監督と島井は抱き合わせ販売というかセットだとすればしかたないのだが。でも有能だと思って昇格させたなら起用しなよ！とこれだけは思う。別に銀次でも楽々ホームインできるケースのサードランナーとかじゃなく、どのチームを見ても一塁ランナーに盗塁させて得点圏にランナーを置きたいときに代走使うんじゃないの。そのケースがほぼない。
盗塁失敗すると島井が来年解雇されるからか？いや、本当に上手いなら必要とするチームは他にもあると思うけどなあ。

さっき、オコエが良いと書いたが今日の二軍戦ではノーヒット。では今日４打数３安打２ホームランの和田恋はどうか？前日もホームラン打ったから２戦で３本。二軍リーグでもＴＯＰ３にはいる右打ちの外野手。きっと守備があれなんだろうけど。
ともかく、明日は別な右バッターが見たいところ、島井だっていいよ、この際。
下水流は決して「思いきり」なんてよくないってわかったから。
