これから誰を解雇するんだよ！

小谷野のかゴメス後藤とか新コーチが続々発表になっているが、これに関しては言うことはない。やらせてみないと適性なんてわかる訳もなく極端な話、数年で能力がわかることもないだろう。いかに有能なコーチがいたとしても村林を来期、ホームラン３０本の主砲に育て上げるわけもないのだから、要は選手がメインということだしね。
しかしフェニックスリーグと秋季キャンプに居ない人で今後の人事はけっこう予想されるようにも思える。
この両方に参加していなかった選手について考察してみよう。いや、オマエが考察すんな！と言われるかもしれないが勝手に考察してみたのだ。


まず、育成選手はほぼフェニックスにいっているようだ。
捕手も堀内と石原、山下はフェニックスに行っている。嶋と足立は秋季練習。

ここにいないのが下妻と伊志嶺。

下妻は正式に発表されていないのだが、第三捕手の立場で二軍で捕手をしていなかったことから長いケガが継続中と思われる。
伊志嶺は滅多に捕手では起用されなくライトやレフトが多かったことから見ても移籍が濃厚と考えるのが普通ではないだろうか。

また、茂木もフェニックスにはいっているがスタメンはない。怪我とコンバートなど一概に決めきれない事情があるのかもしれない。

内野手では三好がどちらにも出ていない。彼は終盤の二軍にも出ていないからケガだと判断するのが妥当なのだろう。選手生命に影響を及ぼす時期にも思えるが、この時期に試合に出られないというのは深刻かもしれない。

そして行方のしれない福山。
不調で一軍抹消になったのちに二軍で２試合投げて炎上してから一度も登板がない。
彼は「潰れるまで投げる」とか言っているので具合が悪いまま投げつつけさせて重大な故障を負った可能性もあるが何も発表はされていない。これからの情報待ちというこだろう。

こうしてみると、最下位のチームながら、さほどは戦力外がないのではないかとも思える

育成になるかもしれない選手と言えば
寺岡
鶴田
野本くらい。彼らは二軍でも成績を残せなかった


捕手は補充しなければ伊志嶺くらいではないのか。足立でも「打てない守りのみ」も条件でも嶋の代役にはなれそうだし。

内野手は支配下選手では解雇はないと思われる。唯一危ないのが吉持。身体能力は抜群だがケガしかしない元ルーキーをどこまで許すか。育成落ちくらいはあるかもしれない。

外野手はいの一番に上がるのは聖沢だろう。成績も最低だし盗塁もほぼできない。トレードが成立しなければ放出すると思われる。フェルナンドもろくに起用されず、の場面が多かったが肝心な場面で見逃し三振の悪いイメージはある。
しかし外野陣は、ざっと並べても、島内、オコエ、田中、八百板、アキト、岩見、と期待できる選手が少ないので保留されるかもしれない。
島井と岡島は例外で安泰が決まっているしね。
あと桝田は微妙な位置。代打にしては打率が悪すぎだけど生え抜きだし監督と仲がいいし来期も左の代打になりそうなきもする。

ということで野手は抜ける選手が意外に少ない感じがしますなあ。
