シーズン終わってもいないのに来期に不安

いろいろ含みを持たせてたくせに平石昇格。二軍コーチ高須以外は全員解雇。
なんかこれ、星野さん死んで大喜びで星野派を追い出したようにみえるのはアタシだけですかね？いろんな派があっていいだろうけど、星野派を煙たがってたのは球団側であって、この日のために無理に入れていた平石をトップにできてバンばんざいというかんじなのだろうか。
ま、ファンとしてはどんどん勝ってくれれば何派でもいいわけだけど。

ただ「若手に切り替える」発言の後の采配を見ていると単にスタメンに若手いれているだけで、肝心なところは相変わらず　代打渡辺！とか４番今江、５番銀次、と根本は変わっていない。結局、何がなんでも選手会長は一軍帯同、とか島井は代走とか連敗してたころの采配って平石だったんじゃね？とか思ってしまうわけである。
今はＧＭから判断材料として若手を勝ち負け関係なく起用しろ、とか言われているのだろうが来季の開幕になったら４番今江、５番銀次、藤田、嶋は不動のレギュラーとか初めから決めそうな気もする。無論根拠は「年取っているから」。
とにかくベテランばかり起用する人は臆病で冒険をしないタイプなのだろうが、楽天の場合は安全策であるはずのベテランが標準以下なのだから話にならない。
無論、今の時点で内田は今江の代わりになるか？山崎は藤田の代わりになるかと言えばノーだけれど、それを来期までにイエスにするのが首脳陣の仕事である。

前にも平石さんは楽天球団連中の傀儡にちょうどよい人材と書いたが、外部から様々な経験者が来ることを煙たく思っていた連中の理想の球団ができあがるということか。要はデーブ監督と同じである。しかもデーブほど馬鹿ではないから「指示受けてます」なんて言うわけもない。
アマダーのおかげで勝っていたころのことはドーピングによってなかったことにされているが、その後の負け方は梨田さんどころではない。本人とすれば「若手起用縛り」が原因で勝てる試合も勝てなかった、という思いもあるだろう。
しかし肝心なところでは相変わらず代打渡辺やら代打ディクソンを送っているあたり、来期は若手を使う気はないと見た。
プロ野球ニュースでも言ってたが岩見がまるで駄目だからといって最後のチャンスにディクソン出すか？普通。こういうときに打ってこそ自信になるし、それが若手起用の意味ではないのか。
ま、ディクソン残留は決まったことなんだろうし、それに批判を受けないためにも打たせたいという一心だったろうし島井の土壇場での盗塁も「さすがにここで走れないと残せない」という思いだったのだろうし、ノーヒットが続く岡島の代打も同じ思いだったのだろう。
早い話、自分が目をかけている選手だけは活躍してくれないと困る、という采配なのだ。無論、満塁で内田のところでウィーラーをださなかったように、それなりの選手には同じことをしているのだけれど。

石井ＧＭは外国人とＦＡで独自な力を発揮するのだろうか。いや、残る首脳陣はディクソンも残留、ウィーラーも残留、場合によってはコラレスすら残留させる勢力のような気もする。だってコラレスなんて初めから支配下枠でっせ？育成でもなく枠使ってんだもん。
まあ、なんとなく平石監督の来期のスタメンが予想できる。もし、これとあまり変わらないようなら絶望的。

調子によるけどオープン戦で打率が悪ければ内田は起用しないだろう、オコエも同じ。
結果的に今江や銀二は別に二軍に追いやれとは言えない。ただ270.くらいの彼らを無条件で中軸に置くなんて指揮官はいないよね？普通。だれか可能性のある選手を起用すると思うけど違うんだろうなあ。ＰＬの後輩だしね。

ま、コーチから何から自分の言い分を聞いてもらったチームでの采配は見たことがないから、今、あーだこーだは言えない。ＧＭの補強を得てから、どのように采配するのかが見ものである。ただ、くれぐれも根拠のないベテラン優遇だけはやめてほしいもんである。プロなんだから最も調子のよいものが試合に出るべきなのだ。
