これから若手っすか

昨日の試合、ノーアウト１、２塁でディクソンに代打を出さない時点で、あそうか、と思った。１点差で負けていて、打線は決して当たっているわけではないのだから送る場面である。岡島を代打で出して送りバント。次の内田に内野ゴロか外野フライ打ってもらえば１点だ。嶋のヒットかエラーでも１点だ。
ずーっとヒットがないディクソンを打たせるなんてありえない。
つまりはディクソンは「もし勝敗が懸かっている場合」でもフル出場させるように上から言われていたんだろう。つまり負けてもいいからディクソンは下げるな、と。
結局ウィーラーのソロで一度は追いついたが個人の力であってベンチワークで取った点ではない。ベンチの指示で点が取れたのは正にあの場面だったはずだ。

岸が取られた４点目もディクソンの緩慢な守備でシングルを二塁打にしたところから始まっているので、三５、二飛という打撃を見ても十分に契約解除する判断はできたかと思ったら全打席立たせなければ許してもらえなかったようだ。

そして今日、抹消になったのはディクソンじゃなくペゲーロ。まあ、ペゲーロは残すのか残さないのか大方決まったという意味なのだろう。しかしディクソンは今日もスタメン。
これはやはり「ディクソン派」の人が「一試合だけじゃわからないから二試合」と強く要望した結果じゃないかと思ってしまう。この試合で４安打２ホームランでも打てば来期は残留、ディクソン獲得は成功！というパターンを夢見る人がいるということ。
しかしディクソンは２回も昇格しているしファーム戦を見れば打撃と守備で来期も必要かどうかはとっくに結果出ていると思うけど、プロの目で見ているんだから。
要は最下位だから目立たないけれど去年のコラレスゴリ押しのような事が今も行われているということですなあ。

さて、こういわれた平石代行は元々フロント派なので二つ返事でハイハイという事を聞いたでしょう。梨田さんもハイハイだったからコラレスを断らなかったわけだし、これじゃ監督が誰でも同じことにならないだろうか。

こういう現場への上からの横やりはいくつかあると思う。

①オーナーが観戦にくるからローテを改変してエースを投げさせ負けててもクローザーを出せ

②来週の火曜日はウィーラーデーだから本人を二軍から昇格させてスタメンで起用すること

③特定選手（あまり実力がない）をスタメンとして起用し続けること

問題は新監督もこういった悪しき習慣を受け入れるか？というところだろう。なんせ、梨田さんだって、あの勝負の時期に「ペゲーロ昇格一日ずらしてコラレス先発よろしく」を受け入れたわけだからね。
新監督には古田、桑田、とか話があがっているけれど彼らなら！とか思ってはいけないと思う。そもそも球団側が今まで可能だった様々な支持を「一切聞きません」という人を監督に据えるとは思えず、こういった事を契約書に盛り込んであるから拒否できないのではないだろうか。

つまり「監督になったからにはフロントやオーナーから何を指示されても野球の分野は俺だけが決める」という監督でなければ不可能だし、そういう監督を球団が選ぶとは思えないのである。従って、結論は「また楽天球団の傀儡である監督が来る」という結果になっちゃうよなあ。

三木谷さんが楽天戦を見に行くとき「勝ち試合を見たいからエースにしろよ」と言ったかどうかは不明だが、考えてみればビジネスマントップとしてそんな細かいこと指示するわけもないとも思える。そして取り巻き連中が勝ち試合を見せたいために球団に「ローテ崩してでも岸を先発させる」と言っている可能性は高い。
しかし普通のまともな経営者なら異変に気付き、「俺の時にエース登板とかどうでもいいから優勝に向けた通常の采配にしなさいよ」と言うだろう。それを言わないで満足しているのであればボクシング協会の男山根と同じである。つまり、ご機嫌取り野郎どもの「エース岸登板強制」を心から喜んでいるという事だ。

平石代行の談話で「これから若手を使っていく、全部とは言えないけれど」という発言があったが、これはようやく「若手シフトにしていいよ」という許可が出たという事なのだろう。つまりディクソンのテストは終わったという事だろうか。火曜日にまたスタメンで出てきたら驚くばかりだけど。

全部とはいえないけれど、の部分は銀二、今江ちょっと年がさがって島内、岡島あたり？
多分、我々が思っているほど若手が中心にはならないような気がする。
嶋とか岡島はフロント的に人気が多い選手だけに抹消したら客が減るということもあるだろう。
従ってあたらしく「若手」としてでているのはこんな選手かな。

セカンド　　村林　　銀二か今江を休ませれば出場可能。

セカンド　　三好　　同上

ファースト　岩見　　銀二がベンチなら　抹消は聖澤

ライト　　　オコエ　　ディクソン抹消

まあ、普通に考えて今江と銀二は年間成績もあって起用し続けるのだろうから、それ以外の部分で若手使うという事ですかね。ま、昨日は「内田使え使えの人！見ましたか？」という意味もあったような気もするけど。

ともかく。このフロントだかスカウトだか知らないけれど、アタシらファンの気持ちをどうでも良いと考えている「勝ち負けよりも自分のスカウト結果が大事なんだよ」という輩をはねのける能力のある監督がいてほしいと思うわけです。

だって昨日の点を取ることを放棄したような試合、今日のただ大量点を傍観した試合。球場に来たファンは順位はどうでも「今は」勝って楽天選手が喜ぶところを見たくて来たわけでしょう？
一方、球団はディクソンの見極めと獲った人の政治的問題を優先して動いていた。
勝つ試合を見たいというお客さんの願いよりも、「負けてもディクソンの評価」を優先した球団。そういうことするなら金、とるなよ。自社の人間が使えるかどうか見極める作業…で「金よこせ」というのが楽天のポリシーなんすかね。

火曜日にディクソンがいるかどうかでいろいろわかると思う。
さすがにいないだろう。と思うが、要求が残り試合全部出せ、とかだったら居るかも。

二軍戦に関しては録画で見たので後日書きますが。
オコエが１ヒット、盗塁も記録。
打てなくても走れれば一軍でやるべきですねえ。だってライト候補。
