いったい誰が打って点を取れると思ったのか
７月２９日 終盤代打 228.
３０日 代走のみ 228.
８月 １日 終盤代打 二ゴロ 227.
２日 左翼 ４の１ 左安 230.
３日 中 ３の２ 右安、左２ 237.
4日 代走
5日 ４の０ 二ゴ、二ゴ、中飛 、二ゴ
とまあ、こんな具合で二軍成績トータル237.で一軍での打率は１割台であまり試合にも出ていない。
そして今日はスタメン。いったいどんな根拠でこうなるのだろうか。
ペゲーロがいなくなって長打を期待でききる選手がウィーラーと田中だけ。田中は一番とすれば長打ばかり狙うわけもない。長打の選手がいなくなったら長打の選手を入れて岡島を守備固めというのが普通ではないのか。守備だけで打てない選手に守備だけで打てない選手を加えたら打撃ではまったく期待ができなくなる。
唯一のチャンスに聖澤に代打桝田を出したことから見てもベンチは聖澤に過剰な期待をしていなかったようだ。とすればもうライトは守るだけで打たなくていいや、という算段だったのだろうと思う。これではフェルナンドかディクソン（島内をライトでレフトで）がダメだったら岡島に代えるほうが相手にとってはやりにくかっただろう。
守るだけのライト二人と、走るだけの外野一人、守るだけのショート一人と、どこまで打つ才能がない人をコレクションするのだろうか。
岡島は例によって左投手にはかすりもせず三振、右でも真ん中ストレートを前にすら飛ばせずファウルフライ。何ひとつ進歩していない。
岡島といい、聖澤と言い、例のフロント主導の起用なのかとも思ってしまう。
コラレスが出てきた８月というのは支配下選手云々は終わっているが、この時期に出てきて活躍しないと来期の契約に響く時期である。つまり消化ゲームの９月にいくら頑張っても結果はないものとされるからだ。
７月打率231.
８月打率171.
という今江をいまだに「好調」などどいって４番に座らせている神経もわからない。たまには打つ島内と銀二を分断させている。ウィーラーをサードで使えるなら守備がダメな桝田あたりをＤＨにすることもできるのだ。
渡辺のセカンド起用も守備重視なのだろう。だが打撃が酷い。もう230.に落ちているしランナー３塁からの外角のボールを見逃し三振はない。その後も見逃し。どこがしぶとい打撃だというのか。三好も打てないながら打とうとする姿勢すら見せない。真ん中のボールを振らないで三振。今宮ほど絶対的な守備ではないのだから来期は放出されても文句は言えないだろう。
もうこれだけ点を取れないと打てる人中心でメンバーを固めるしかない。だってウィーラーを除けば相手のパスボールでの得点なのだ。
打撃が良いからあげたはずの山崎や西巻を起用するしかないのでは。
ま、しかし勝ってた試合だったが嶋のパスボールで負けたようなもん。日ハムのとは違ってベース上に来た落ちるボールを前にも落とせず見失ったというのは酷い。ハーマンがマウンドで嶋に厳しい口調で言ってたのは「あんなの取れないんじゃナックルカーブ投げられないだろうが！」ということだと推測される。
ま、嶋が正捕手として相応しくないと判断する以上は代わりが用意できなければならないのだが、現状はいない。なのでこの問題は来期まで持ち越しにはなっちゃうんだけど。
ま、ともかくはライトに打てる人を入れろ！ということだけですな。
守備が聖澤のほうが良いなら岡島を抹消してフェルナンドを入れるべきだと思う。だってフェルナンドの戦績は。

この成績で聖澤が選ばれてるのって政治的な力なんじゃねえの？
アマダー、ペゲーロがいない現在で「守備よく俊足、でも打てない」という選手を二人入れてるというのはコラレスごり押しパターンじゃないかと疑ってしまう。いや、これから外国人枠空いているしコラレス出てくるかもしれないけど。
正直なところ勝てもしないのにリリーフ陣とことん使ってしまったので今週は厳しいとは思う。しかし破れかぶれ戦法で後先は考えずリリーフを投入して欲しい。とはいえ、補充も必要。近藤だけ置いておいても役には立たないだろう。岡島を代走として島井を落としてリリーフを一人入れてほしいものだ。
