連敗の予感

連勝はいつか止まるものではある。そもそもオリックス戦３連勝も土壇場での強さは見せたが、それがなければ投打ともにダメな内容だった。
連勝が止まるのは勝ち継投の酷使だったりレギュラーのケガだったりするが両方とも出てしまった感じだ。
やはりアマダーはケガだった。脇腹とのことで１０日では戻れないのではないか。今江がフル出場なのでウィーラーを上げたいところだったがソンかペゲーロを抹消しなければならない。ウィーラーとアマダーを出せば今江か銀二がベンチになるので都合が良いと言えば良いのだが。
ウィーラーは２安打したが長打を狙っている様子はなく大砲が一人もいない状態になりつつある。

今日は「投」のほうは塩見が頑張って９回途中まで投げた。初めから多少失点しても引っ張るつもりだったのではないか。
全体的に選手交代をしたくないような印象を受けた。9回も初めから青山やソンなら確かだと思えたが本当は最後まで青山も出したくなかっただろう。１０回も左二人はともかく岡にまで高梨というのも投手を出したくなかったためと思われる。みんな連投だから当然だけど。結果、タイミングがずれた継投になったような気がする。

代走も同じ。７回に２、３塁になったときは勝負にいって今江に代走でもよかったのでは。もう７回なのだし今江はＤＨで守備の交代を考慮する必要はない。疲れている今江を走らせるよりはよかったように思えた。結果今江はアウトだったし、タッチプレーがあったのに何故か銀二はファーストベースに立っている。え？転んだの？とも思った。ライトからのバックホームだったけどダイレクトだしタッチプレー中に二塁へいけたんじゃない？というシーン。他にも銀次には前進守備でのファーストゴロを弾いてホームに投げられずに失点、というシーンも。銀次は今江以上に延長も含めてフル出場だから疲れもあるのだろう。

８回の藤田三塁アウトのシーンも、エンドランで三塁を狙うなら藤田に代走ではなかったか。後の守備の事もあっただろうが山崎でも渡辺でもよかったような。結局、藤田のケガのために三好はショートでなくセカンドに入ったために茂木のエラーが。いや、茂木は打順が回るから残しておいたのかもしれないが。ただセカンド渡辺で三好ショートという手もあったはず、茂木は打席に立てないけど。

ともかく延長に入った時の事を恐れていたのか代走や代打を出し惜しみしている印象が強かった。確かに延長１２回で茂木→三好、藤田→山崎、今江→島井とかいう打順になってれば打ち勝つのは無理なのだけれど。

島井に関しては擁護するべきところがない。そもそも代走専門にしては盗塁成功が少ない。失敗を恐れて盗塁挑戦すらしない人になっている。つまり打撃によって進塁してホームに早く帰るだけの存在。自信がないから無謀なリードをするのかもしれない。いずれにしても牽制アウトが数回あるのは問題だ。個人にまかせていないで走るか留まるか全球サイン出せばいいのに。

ペゲーロに関しては調整云々でなくもう能力なんだから仕方ないと思うしかない。練習したって弱点のボールは打てないのだから見送って四球を選ぶのが精いっぱいだろう。それだってストライクになる高め速球も空振りするのだから、いつも四球を取れるわけでもない。

明日は岸なので試合は作るだろうが相手はボルシンガー。多分最も楽天の苦手とするタイプ。今の不調楽天打線が大量点を取るという事は考えずらいので僅差の勝負になるのでは。だとすれば交代投手を惜しむあまり岸に完投近くまでは投げさせてほしくはない。今日は休めたのだから、松井、ハーマンで終わらせてほしいもんだ。

一番怖いのはこのままズルズル連敗して借金２０の元の木阿弥になることで、ウィーラーは今後の活躍次第だが、ペゲーロは練習しても無理なのでアマダーのケガ次第で早めに交代してもらうのが良いのだと思う。
