謎の多かった延長勝利

何というか？？と思うところが多い試合だった。無論勝ったので批判ではないのだが、素人には理解しにくい部分があったのかもしれない。

まず最も疑問に思ったこと。

●何故オリックスベンチは１２回２アウトランナー１、２塁から桝田を敬遠して三好と勝負しなかったのか？
守備交代で三好を入れたときは当然打順がまわってこないように茂木のところではなく渡辺のところに入れた。そしてチャンスで三好に回ったきたとしても代打は出せないのだ。内野手は全員出してしまったから。なので楽天は桝田を敬遠されたら黙って三好に打たせるしかなかったのである。
今季５安打タイムリー０の三好よりも代打で結果を残し、最初の打席でも大きな外野フライを打っている桝田との勝負を選ぶというのが信じられなかった。もしかしてオリックスベンチは三好の成績をよくわかっていなかったのだろうか。単に満塁になるとエラーが怖い。フォークが投げづらい、１点では済まない、という理由だったのだろうか。見ている立場としては桝田勝負でありがたかったのだが。

●同時に内野手がいなくなってしまった事から、「何故、本日、村林を抹消したのか？」という疑問も湧いた。
誰も登録しなかったので明日の美馬の昇格の為だとはわかる。しかし、それなら８月２日に村林抹消、美馬登録で良いのではないか。何も今日一日を一人少ないメンバーで戦う必要はない。そもそも村林は代打という事もないから今日のように、どうしても内野手に代打を送らなければならない場面のための要員ではなかったのだろうか。
これに関しては単にウッカリしていただけなのか、村林がケガ等で抹消になったが代役を呼ぶ時間がなかったのかもしれない。


それ以外にも今日は意外な采配が多かったように思う。これは結果的によかったわけだが予想外だったということである。

●まず古川を７回まで引っ張った。
個人的には５回１失点でラッキーだと思ったので６回に勝ち越しホームランを打たれた時には「引っ張りすぎ」と思った。なので７回も続投なの来た時には「勝つ気ない？」とも思った。しかしよく考えれば今日は水曜。昨日もリリーフを使って日曜まで連戦なので週末に崩れることを恐れてなのだろうと。結果的にはリリーフを使ったがソン、高梨は出さないで済んだもんね。


●９回１、２塁でペゲーロに代走を送らなかった。
ショートゴロでペゲーロが打球と交錯したがスライディングしていればセーフの可能性があった。これには平石監督も起こっていた様子。普通に考えればペゲーロに打順は回らないのだから守備固めも含めて島井か岡島でよかったような。
しかし結果的には１２回に三好が塁に出ればペゲーロに回っていたので、それを見越しての事だったと思われる。

●９回１、２塁の場面で茂木に代打藤田。
茂木の得点圏の呪いは昨日で解けていたし、前の打席でもホームラン性の当たりを打って右投手相手には打てそうだったのに打撃不調な藤田に代えた。守備固めなら茂木を打たせてからにすればいいのに、と思った。
これは対増井投手のデータによるものかもしれないので不明だが、よくわからなかった。

●アマダーに代打舛田。
これは大変当たり前の代打だと思う。アマダーは真ん中のボールを見逃して外の変化球を追っかけて三振と酷い状況、比嘉にも昨日まるで合っていなかった。アマダーにこだわっていたら点が入らなかったかも。桝田を一打席だけでなくＤＨの位置で出したのも打線全体の打力が下がらなかった要因では？

というわけで見ているその場では意外な采配が多かったが、けっこう明日以降の事まで考えた上で可能な采配という事なのだと思う。
ただ昨日も２２時過ぎまでだし、楽な勝ち方ではなく土壇場での逆転勝ち。今江や銀二はフルイニング出場が続く。そろそろ息切れしそうな心配がある。移動日なしで金曜からロッテ戦なので、ホームゲームからウィーラーあたりが戻ってくれれば良いのだが、ソンの代わりがいないのが困ったところ。
去年と違ってお盆ころには熱中できるような順位で居てくれることを期待したい。
