どうして今のスタメンにこだわるのか


岸だから嶋だとは思っていた。しかし嶋は打撃では良い所なく２，３塁での送りバント失敗。いくらアマダーが遅いとは言え、それを承知でのサイン。当て損ねてキャッチャーに近すぎ。満塁のチャンスにはフルカウントからボール球を振って三振。８回２アウトランナーなしから嶋に代打渡辺。打てなくて我慢できないなら満塁のところで代えればいいじゃん。嶋は四球を選ぶ分だけ足立より出塁は出来る。しかしタイムリーは２本ともファウルがライト線に風で入っただけのような当たりでロメロの拙い守備も影響したもの。盗塁時の送球はもはやプロとは思えない緩さ。これだけ身体能力が劣って見えるのに不動のスタメンってのは何故なんだろうか。結局、岸続投にもかかわらず山下に代えたのは岸・嶋コンビの意味はなかったと判断したのかも。

解説で言っていたが東浜は右打者を苦手としているらしい。だから好調、藤田でなく今江なのだろう。今江にホームラン出たから狙い通りとか思ってるんだろうか。今江は東浜がボールが浮いて苦しんでいるところで高めの糞ボールを振って三振。今日で三振１４。アマダーと同じって何だよ、ホームランバッターじゃないのに。５番に入ってると必ず途切れてしまう。そして二塁を銀次にした為にエラーからの２ラン。右打者がいいのなら島内や茂木も右に代えればいいのにそこだけは例外。過去の傾向にこだわる割にはカヤマが出てきても、モイネロが出てきても左打者をそのまま打たせて凡退。相性に拘るのか拘らないのかはっきりしないよね。

ペゲーロは最早「たまに打つ」と言った程度。２番に入れたら打線が繋がらない。思いがけない時に打ったりするから二軍落ちさせろとまでは言わないが「打てばもうけもん」の７番がいいところだろう。ウィーラーも前後が相当打っていた去年とは違うのだ。タイムリー０、長打も少ないのに４番にこだわって起用している意味がわからない。

つまりは初めに描いていた構想とはズレが出てるのだから、どうして臨機応変に起用しないのか？と思うのだ。

島内　タイムリー０　打点１（ソロホームラン）
銀次　　打率192.
嶋　　　打率176.
ペゲーロ　　186.

こういうメンバーが競争なく不動のスタメンと言う時点で何かがおかしい。この数字は開幕６戦目とかではなく６カード目なのである。その日によって変える事があってもいいのではないか。確かに島内の代わりがオコエとなると難しい気もするが銀次の代わりに渡辺でも守備力は落ちない。二軍の若手選手を頑なに昇格させないのはまだ良いとして、一軍戦力も不調なのに同じ選手しか使わないという頑固さはなんなのか。もちろん、ウィーラーを始め上記の選手もいずれは打つだろうと思う。ただ待っているだけでは「遅かった」という時期に差し掛かっているのではないか？ソフトバンクの内川が１割打でも4番でいられるのは前後が打っているからだと思うけどな。

明日はバンデンハーク。左が苦手、ということで今江を藤田に代える、という感じなのだろう。辛島には嶋と決まっているけど、今日途中で代えたので山下スタメンでくるかも。打撃好調なのに一試合空けるなんてもったいないことをしたと思った。
さて、こんな調子で１勝２敗、時には３連敗、という感じで４月を終えたら巻き返しはできるのだろうか？選手の調子を急に上げる、なんてできればとっくにやっているわけで。山下と八百板昇格以外は何一つ手を打ってないような気がするのだが。
せめて５月くらいからは３位くらいの位置で夏までを楽しみたいものだ。
