打率は低いけどホームランは打ってる、とか、長打はないけど打率は良い、とかではなく全部悪い選手しかいない。だって島内の打率でもスタメンは当然だよな、なんて思ったりするし。この悪いメンツの中で遣り繰りしても皆良くないのだから良い結果が出る訳もない。ただ二軍で打っている選手を上げても一軍では通用しないという判断があって入れ替えはしないのだろう。

リリーフも同じ。防御率は。
松井　　　　7.50
福山　　　　5.00
ハーマン　　5.40
高梨　　　　6.00

勝ち継投全員が酷いのである。松井だけが調整失敗でどうしようもなく悪い、というのなら判るのだけれど、全員揃って同じように悪いという不思議さ。

野手全員と主力リリーフ全員が悪い、というのは個人でなくチーム的に何かがあったようにしか思えない。つまりキャンプの練習や調整法で何か違った事をしていたとか。コーチからまったく違う方向の指示が徹底されているとか。少なくとも日程を含めたキャンプ、オープン戦の調整は失敗していたと言っても良いのではないか。

ではどうやってこの不振を解消するか。いや、技術的な事はわからないけれど、調子が上がるのをじっと待つか、二軍選手と大幅に入れ替えるかしかないんだろう。ただ実際には誰か一人打てそうな選手を上げる程度で様子を見るという事になるのではないかしら。
それにしても今日は右投手なのに茂木はベンチ。再三のチャンスで三好のところで茂木を代打に送らなかったのは体に問題があるからではないか。単なる体調不良みたいな事ではベンチ入りできる以上、代打くらいなら出られるはずだし怪我的な問題があると思われる。大事を取って、という程度なら良いのだけれど。

明日は強力西武打線と菊池雄星という罰ゲームのような試合。茂木がベンチだとすれば攻守で酷かった三好に代わって渡辺がスタメンじゃないかと思ったり。
全員同時にはできないから二人ずつ二軍で調整させたらどうなんだろうか。
