なんで？！とは思うものの、まあそうだよなあ、と思える部分もあるのです。

例えば不振（二試合だけだけど）の内田に代えて今江スタメンなのに岡島はスタメンなの？という疑問。
しかし「んじゃあ、岡島じゃなくて田中か島井スタメン？」と聞かれると、それもなあ、と思う訳です。田中はオープン戦打率３割と言っても打席数が少ないしクリーンヒットもあまりない。意表をついてのセーフティバントや内野安打が多いし三振も多い。「滅多に打てない」という印象と現実は去年と変わってないすよね。島井に至っては一軍での打撃実績はゼロ。なので「悪くても岡島しかいないでしょ？」と言われれば、そうかもしれないとは思うのです。控えとの差が大きいのです。こうなると結果が出なかったオコエは仕方ないとして怪我明けの聖沢が最も岡島に近かったよなあ、と思ったり。

しかし藤田のタイムリーで２点差に迫って投手が松永にスイッチした時は岡島に代打内田だろうと思いました。だって岡島は近年左が苦手なうえ不調なんです。けれど代打なし。これはきっと内田は三振、ポップフライがあり得る。岡島なら内野ゴロは打てるので確実に１点差にしたい！という事だったのでしょう。
しかし８回に田中の盗塁で一打同点のチャンスも岡島に代打なし。どれだけ岡島を妄信してるのでしょうか。不調なら代えるために控えがいるのです。
岡島はインコースをまともにミートできません。アウトコースを逆方向に打とうとしているようですが多くはフェアゾーンに飛ばないようです。フェアゾーンに入れようとすると打球が弱くなってるんじゃないでしょうか。

また、嶋の起用にも疑問。リードに関してはわからないのですが嶋で失点は多いです。特に山下は菅原のリードでほぼ変化球主体に代えて３者凡退にしました。その前に嶋はストレートが大きく外れてばかりなのに強行にストレートを要求して四球連発。投手に対して優しさがないよなあ、と。そして何より「盗塁フリーパス」です。
菅原がクイック遅かった時は仕方ないでしょう。しかし盗塁を許した際の送球が女子中学生ソフトボールですか？というくらいスローなボール。身体能力的に盗塁阻止は無理なんじゃないでしょうか。これでは全球団「すべてのチャンスで走れ」という指示を出すでしょうし投手もランナーを出したら大きなハンデをかかえる事になるような。

結果的に５番に入った足立に代打を出さないのもなんでだろうか。確かに代わったばかりでしたし２アウトランナーなし。けれど何とか１点が必要な場面。ヒットがでればアマダーに廻るのに。初戦でも島井に代打渡辺で送りバントさせてから嶋勝負とか。何のために捕手３人＋岡島にしているのかわからないと思っちゃいました。

とは言えまだ３戦が終わったところ。２試合で銀次を７番に下げたりと首脳陣の反応は速いのではないかと思います。開幕３試合でノーヒットや１ヒットだと恐ろしくダメに見えますが、シーズン途中なら３試合ノーヒットでスタメン落ちはあまりないでしょう。４カードくらいは様子見が必要なんだと思います。
