内田は開幕スタメンに入れるか
課題のストレートがよかったしカーブも効果的でよかったんじゃないでしょうか。ホームラン打たれたのは甘く高い変化球。中軸になら投げる球じゃないので、問題ではないでしょう。

なぜか岡島との呼吸が合ってた感じ。岡島が示すミットの位置にぴたりと来ていました。もう心配はないのでは。

タイムリーは打ったけどゲッツーもアリ。打球が上がらず外野フライすらありません。７番とかならいいかもしれないけど。春の不調は今年もでしょうかね。

クローザーを打てるかのテスト？やはり１５０超えのストレートは打てそうもありません。場合によってはMAX１４５くらいの投手にだけあてるかも。

澤村のフォークに空振りした時は「オレって今はダメダメだよなあ」という自虐的な表情に見えたりしました。巻き返しあるか？
内田
左腕の外角変化球を右打ちでライトスタンドにホームラン。またまたアピール成功。しかしその後の再三のチャンスに三振、ゴロと決めきれない。満塁の時にタイムリー打ってればスタメン決定だったのに。まあ、後の３打席は打ちたいあまり打てないボール球に手を出すという昔のパターンに戻ったかのようでした。要は四球でも良いと割り切れるか？ですね。
ただ内田をスタメンにするかどうかは首脳陣の判断にかかっている。
巨人の岡本や日ハムの太田を見ればわかるけど彼らは何も今期（太田は去年）突然覚醒したわけではないだろう。ベテラン優先して起用しなかったからである。いくら二軍で一所懸命やらせていても一軍投手との対決がない限り、進化はないのである。
しかし巨人は今日の勝ちを優先して外国人や村田などを起用してきた。なので本当は一軍で開花したかもしれない花にチャンスを与えなかったという訳だ。巨人は村田を切るなど岡本への転換を図っているのはわかるが岡本が２試合ノーヒットだったら、すぐに阿部に代えるだろう。
老人風実績主義とでも言えばいいのか？
マラソンのオリンピック代表選考でも成績を残した人より、昔のメダリストを選んだりする。だったら初めからメダリスト優先で選ぶよ！と言えばいいのである。
そしてプロ野球はどこでも「競争してレギュラーを掴んでほしい」といっているはずだ。
開幕前の競争と言えば練習試合とオープン戦。内田はオープン戦で打率.415、１２球団１位、本塁打４、１２球団５位、打点１２、１２球団３位。いずれもチーム内では１位である。
さすがにこれで二軍行きはないだろうがスタメンじゃないとすれば「競争しろ」とは何だったのか？と思う。競争してレギュラーを掴んでくれ、というのが嘘だというのならば始めから「実績のあるベテランは優遇しますよ」とか言っておくべきであろう。
ただ現実的には「内田は途中出場でも打っているしスタメンは今江にまかせて途中交代か代打で起用しよう」という保守的な方針になるのも無理はないと思うけれど。
オープン戦とシーズンが違うのは誰もが判っているから、調子のよい選手がそのまま通用するかどうかは不明だし。厳しい攻めをされたら急に打てなくなるかもしれないしね。
ただ、ここまで驚異的な数字を残しているのだから初戦くらいスタメンにしてやれよ、と思う。
もちろん、内田が全然打てない日々が続けばすぐに「今江の方がよかったんだよ！まったくよ！」と言ってしまうのも自分なんですけどね。
