今日は背番号期待記事はお休み。

ご存知、思わぬトレードが出たからであります。
楽天　西田ーソフトバンク　斐紹
見て数秒は、あの強肩捕手が来たら嶋が二番手で三番手は足立だろうなあ、と思ったのですが字が似ているだけで甲斐じゃなかったんすね。ま、甲斐をトレードで出すわけないもんね！
楽天としてはドラフトで捕手を獲れなかったから即戦力を一人はとっておこう、という必要に迫られてというところでしょう。

しかし、それは下妻とか堀内をメインにするまではかなり時間がかかるという判断でもあるでしょう。
まだ若いけれど甲斐の躍進と高谷の安定性から、今年一軍でもほとんど起用されなかった彼と、大型内野手と期待されながらブレイクできないまま燻っている西田とは、どっちが得したとかはまだ判断できない部分が多いようです。ただ、西田の場合、ポジションはショート、セカンド、サードあたりでしょう。ソフトバンクならショートは今宮でやや難しいでしょうがセカンドは日替わりで３０台も多く、サードのマツダも年々成績は落ちてきています。上昇軍団の中でもやや出られるチャンスのあるポジションにも思えます。１シーズンしか我慢して起用してもらったことのない西田ですから、こんどは多くのチャンスをもらえるといいなと思います。

さて、もうそろそろ合同トライアウトの時期ですが楽天選手はあまり出場を今のところは決めていません。
出場予定なのは、片山、加藤（去年戦力外）、福田、北川の四名だけということ。
引退を決めていないけれどトライアウトに出ないという選手は既にどこかと契約の話があるのでしょう。例えば戦力外通告したときに「トレードはないけど某球団が欲しいと言ってたので話進めてやろうか？」とか契約更改の席でそういう話が出ているのかもしれません。またトライアウトでなくとも春のキったャンプにテスト参加させるという連絡が来ていれば参加しないでしょう。

そうした中に楽天の中川を右の代打としてDNAが調査しているというニュースが。つか調査ったって普段の試合見てればわかるわけで要は交渉に入っているという事でしょう。彼のような一発長打がある選手は年を取ったアベレージヒッターよりは使い勝手がよく日本人枠であれば一人くらいは置いておきたい選手でしょうから獲るチームはあると思っていました。
ただ、DNAはファーストがロペス、サードが宮崎と不動のレギュラーがいるのでスタメンはかなり難しいかと。だからと言って中川は代打で成績を出すタイプとは思えず、代打起用でしばらく結果がでなければまた二軍幽閉のケースもあるかもしれないなあ、と。
日ハムの太田のようにレギュラーで起用していれば３割は打たないまでも彼くらいできそうな気もするんですけどねえ。しかし楽天に残ればライバルはウィーラー、内田、今江、銀二、アマダー、枡田とまあ、入り込む余地がないくらい。ならばロペスだって宮崎だって怪我するかもしれないし一軍帯同だって意味はあると思うし、今年よりは出場機会が増えるんじゃないですかね。

大阪近鉄さん、この分では則本が抑えやらない限りは松井でしょうねえ。
らく１０さん、中川はけっこう打ったにしても首位打者と打点王を押しのけてレギュラーは無理でしょうねえ。もっと人いないチームならよかったのに。
