来季への期待　背番号２～４

背番号２といえば吉持だけど未だに三好のイメージがある。三好は入団から数年で２を取られて吉持にわたした結果になったけど、現在の活躍は三好が上ですねえ。二遊間のサブとして怪我がなければけっこう活躍しただろう。三好がいるから阿部ちゃんの戦力外も早まった感があるし。
しかし吉持はルーキーイヤーからスタメンで使われるなど現監督に期待されていた選手。足は速いし送球がちょっとアレだけど肩もよい。打つ方もまあまあレベル。しかし二年続けて怪我で二軍ですら出られない状況ではかなり遅れを取った感じ。
渡辺直人が楽天に戻ってきた際には元々の持ち主である渡辺に背番号２を譲る形になるような気もしますなあ。なんにせよ、二遊間、またはサードのサブが吉持、三好、村林の３人が揃って待機していれば途中で代打出しても守備力が下がるという事はないのではないか、と。従って２番が渡辺直人、吉持のどちらであっても怪我しないで一軍にいて欲しいもんである。

背番号３は現在空き番である。リンデン、ルイーズ、フェルナンデス、マギー、エバンス、サンチェス、ゴームズという外国人助っ人用背番号。どれだけ覚えているだろうか？リンデンは野村監督と喧嘩して謝罪に短パンでいって尚怒らせたという人だったとかしか覚えてないか。マギーだけは超優良外人で日本一の立役者だったけど、その他があまりひどすぎたので３番は不吉な欠番になっているようなきがしますね。やはり、これはもう間違いのない長距離打者に３番をあげたくて取っておいている感じがします。さて今度のルーキーにそんな選手がいますかね？もしくは内田あたりが期待されて８から３になったりすることはあるのか？いや、それはねーな。あるとすれば成績を出して来年からですかね。

というわけで２、３番は来期大活躍して一気に名前が全国区にしれわたる可能性は少ないだろう、というのが当ブログの見立てであります。

しかして、４番は
始めはコーチで戻ってくる高須、その前は後藤　で今が岡島。別に２７でも悪くはなかったとおもうけど。彼のもっとも大きな転機はキャッチャーだったこと。嶋がよかっため捕手併用がほとんどなく、起用激減した事だと思う。あのまま捕手をやっていれば打撃の良い捕手が生まれたのに残念。しかし本人は伊志嶺とかをみているうちに野球人生の大半を控えキャッチャーで過ごすであろうという将来に見切りをつけたということなのかもしれない。
しかし俊足好打はよかったけれど、いつもいつも夏ごろから急に打てなくなるという現象がある。２０１４年はけけっこう怪我もしないで活躍したがそれでも打率は280.台。チームではＴＯＰだったもののＮＰＢでは目立つ成績ではなかった。
今年も消極的になっているのか初球には、まず手を出さない。追い込まれて難しいボールに手を出して凡打というケースが何度あったか。
もしかすると言わないだけで腰の状態が良くないということもあるかもしれません。
ま、ペゲーロがライトに就いた時は誰もかないませんし、センターはオコエか島内でしょう。よなるとレフトの位置を、島内、フェルナンド、聖沢、慶応の新人で争う事になるのでしょう。
足の速さ、守備力ではこれらの人々から一歩抜きんでているものがあるので、謎の後半大ブレーキ癖を治すべく、体力強化の鍛錬をしてほしいものですね。
