戦力が劣るのは承知の上だけど
で、今日もベンチ入りせず。風邪とか移る関係のなんかですかね？ベンチにもいれないとは。
なんかオコエいなかったのが相当大きく響いた試合のように思えました。
ペゲーロはこれだけ不振なら外れても当然ですが、オコエとペゲーロが抜けた外野の頼りなさ。夏前は聖沢、島内、岡島はレギュラークラスだったわけですが、この３人が揃うと打力は１２球団最弱なんじゃないかと。そして守備もプロとしては相当上の方という訳でもないし。
なので７番から、島内、聖沢、嶋、岡島という打順の並びは驚きました。自動アウト４人並べたら中軸以外で点は入らないじゃん！と。
いやオコエが急に出られないという事とペゲーロを抜けばこうなるわけですが、誰かが怪我することだってあるんだし、なんで用意しとかないの？ということですね。
例えばファームは試合が終わりましたが、フェルナンドと八百板は.281同率で二人とも首位打者を取っているわけですよ。ホームランだってフェルナンドは９本で８位、八百板だって５本なので少なくはない。なのに八百板は一軍昇格すらなし。フェルナンドに至っては代走だけで打席を一つも与えない。
これがですねえ、柳田とか秋山とか有名どころの外野手がいるので上位争いの中では出せない、というのならわかるんですわ。でも楽天の上記３人の外野手はかなり格は落ちますな。間違ってもＷＢＣなんて選ばれないし。しかも大不調が続いているのである。こういう時にファームから上げて起用しないという手はない。
だって岡島、島内、聖沢って全員２７～３０くらいじゃないの。これ以上急にうまくならないんだし大選手じゃないかぎり３６までなんてできないんだから一刻も早く後継者を作っておかなければいけないはず。それも公式戦をやりながらだ。
岡島なんて９月の打率は１割台でしょう？それだったらフェルナンドや八百板を全試合でなくとも良い、１試合でも使ってみればいいじゃないの。
岡島は１回にヒット打ったけど満塁のチャンスではゲッツー、というか相手エラーでゲッツーならずで点はないったけど。島内と聖沢で１点取った後の１、２塁。さすがにペゲーロかと思ったけど監督はお気に入り岡島が打つと信じていたんでしょう。思い切り悪く当てたバットから弾んでしょうもないサードゴロ、チェンジ。
最終回のベンチで必死で応援している岡島が可哀想になりました。不調なら出さないであげればいいのに！
まあ、それぞれの選手にファンがいるから、あまりこういうことを書くのもなんですが。楽天は他チームに行ってもレギュラーになれる野手って外国人だけだと思うんすよ。茂木、オコエとか二年目以降は除いて。さっきの３人の外野手はソフトバンクに行ったらレギュラーか？と考えればあり得ない。誰か一人が控えに残るくらいかしら。
内野手だって同様。藤田が控え程度？銀二は代打枠でいられる程度か。
つまりオコエと茂木以外の野手は他チームのレギュラーになれないということ。なんでソフトバンクと比べるか？と言えば、最も強いチームの戦力を目標にしなければ短期決戦なら別だけど、シーズンでなら勝てる訳がないからですね。
つまり、すぐには無理だから少しでも早くフェルナンド（もう遅いかも）、八百板をはじめとするメンバーを一軍で経験を積ませて古い人達と並行で起用していけるようにするべきなのである。島内、岡島、聖沢が絶好調なら邪魔しちゃいけないので出る幕はないが、不調でまったく打てないのだから新しい人（しかも二軍ではナンバー1の成績）使わない手はないと思うのだけど。
もちろん、これからやったって急にＣＳに向けて成長するわけないから遅いんだけど。なので不調の人たちを試合をやりながら好調に持っていくという理由で起用し続けているんだろう。
だから大連敗中あたりからファーム選手を隙あらば起用してという種まきをやっておくべきだったと思う。聖沢、岡島、島内、銀二、今江あたりは１０年後にはいないんだし。世代交代は「今年度から急に」とはいかないんだしシーズン中も含めて徐々に交代させるべきだと思うけどねえ。
ゲームの方はアマダーがヒット打った時の代走。まだ６回だよ？ウィーラー以外に長打打てる人いない中で唯一ホームラン昨日も打ったアマダー下げるかよ？田中はサイン見たのか見てないのか愚直に初球走ってアウト。ノーアウトなんだし送ればいいじゃん、１点欲しいなら。島内の昨日のバント失敗が気になったか。どちらにしろ続くバッターは聖沢、嶋、岡島という罰ゲームみたいな打順ではタイムリーがでるわけなかったけど。
アマダ―を早く下げたために打順は田中、それじゃまずいといって出したのが中川。打てる訳ないじゃん、中川じゃアマダ―の代わりは務まらないよ。
そもそも田中だって一軍に上がってきて彼の詳細はわかったのだから「打力をなんとかしてこい」といってファームで打つことだけを練習させていればまだ打者として使えるようになっていたかもしれない。ファームではけっこう打撃はよかったらしいし、それを代走の便利屋で打撃練習を一軍選手並みにしかさせないから走塁と守備しかできないという便利屋に成り下がっているのだ。
というわけで選手個体の能力が他チームより劣り過ぎているのではＣＳを勝つのは難しいと思われます。それよりも主題は来年以降に置いて、若い選手をどんどん起用して現在の中堅選手はいなくとも同じだよ！という試合をして見せる事です。
今現在は、結果がわからない新人よりも、かなり低い結果だけどそれは保証されているという中堅を目先の勝利のために起用しているだけです。この場合は数年で最悪最低のプレーヤーしかしないチームになるでしょう。何度もいいますが、フェルナンド、八百板は首位打者とって一軍の打席に立たせてもらえない！なんてことがあっていいわけがない。勝っているチームだって一試合くらいは出してますよ。
だからこのままロートル選手だけで弱くなっていって「ええかげんにせえよ」とファンが起こった時にはより能力の低い若手がファームでだらだらやっていたという未来が見える訳です。
なので現実的に考えれば。
オコエ
田中
フェルナンド
茂木
内田
三好（村林）
中川
下妻
ピッチャー
くらいのメンバーが来期の後半に見られるといいですねえ。
ここにいない、今のレギュラーは…他の球団に拾われるかもしれませんが２軍か１、５軍でしょうねえ。
ま、こういうことを言うから嫌われる訳ですが、他球団よりレベルの高い選手を揃えるという事は、「そここその選手」は出て行ってもらう以外にないと思うんですね。
むろん、こうは言ってもメンバーは今のママなのでしょうし、ＣＳまで試合は続くので見て応援はします。岡島が打てば喜びますし、銀二が打てばさすがだ！と思います。でも内心では、いつか最強のイーグルスの為に早めに他に行ってね！とも思うのでしょうね。

should peek at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create news headlines to
grab people to click. You might add a related video or a pic or two to grab
readers excited about what you've written. In my opinion,
it would make your posts a little livelier.
