いらない右打者は誰だ

左投手になると打てない、てのは「レギュラーに左打者ばかり多いから」と言われていました。当然チームではベンチにいる右打者を並べて対応してきたわけですが、まったく功を奏していません。

ヒットを打ったのは
島内　２ベース、エラー、四球、ヒット
ペゲーロ　右安、四球、三振、左安
銀次　２ベース

これを見れば島内やペゲーロがただ打っただけでなく、我慢して四球を選んだこともよくわかります。無論、今日の菊池の投球は、右打者のインに食い込むストレートはストライクコールで左打者に対する外角の同じ球はボール判定される。左打者のインをつくストレートはボール判定だけど右打者の外に来る同じ球はストライクになる、などの判定のおかしさもありました。

ただ、これでわかったのは、楽天が左腕に弱いのは左打者が多かったからではなく、左投手用に起用した右打者が無能だったから、ということです。

例えばウィーラーは右投手の時も十分打っているので仕方ないとしましょう。
三好は茂木の代わりのショートがメインの仕事ですから打たなくても今は起用を続けなければなりません。
問題は、右投手の時は出ることができなく左の時に起用されている右バッターです。

今江と稼頭央ですね。

ま、稼頭央は前回たった１本だけど菊池からタイムリーを放って唯一の打点を挙げた相性から言えば今回は起用されて当然だったともいえるでしょう。今後、左投手キラーとしてベンチにず～～っと置いておく余裕があるのか、左右関係なく使うかという使いどころを考えればいいのでしょう。

しかし今江は違います。
今江は６月　２２打数３安打
　　　７月　　８打数０安打なのだ、左右関係なく。そして対左投手の場合.175なのである。
そして対西武の菊池は

右にも弱いけど左にも弱く菊池も弱い人がなんでスタメンで６番なのであるか？

そしてアマダー。前回の菊池との対戦成績は。

これって練習したからって改善できんの？センターフライ打ったから進歩とか見るわけ？

これまで楽天は菊池に５連敗してるのだよね。しかもほとんど打てない。アマじゃないんだから工夫して練習して今度は打てるようになりました！というのがプロのはずである。
しかしやっていることは、ただ右打者を並べているだけ。その理由は上記を見ても過去のデータではない模様。大きな理由は！

昔から左投手には右バッターってきまっているんだもん！

という程度のことでしょうなあ。

または、「プロだけに特定の投手が苦手だとして余計な訓練をするよりも、その投手の試合を捨てるのがプロたるもんだ」という思考なのかもしれない。

さて、今江プロは最初の打席、またしてもバット投げを披露してくださった。これがうつったのか聖沢も最近やるけどなんなのこれ？バット投げてヒット打つ一流選手っていますかね？イチローとか柳田とかバット投げるっけ？前にも書いたけどバットが長いのはホームベース上を横切るボールを打つためである。したがって、スイングして届かないところはボールなので打つ必要がないはずなのだ。エンドランとかスクイズとかならバット投げもあるだろうけど。バット投げなきゃ届かないくそボールは見送るんだよ！バットを投げないでも届くストライクはバット投げないでスイングして打つんだよ。
かっていた山﨑もだったけど晩年動体視力と反射神経が低下して外のボール球に思わず手が出てしまうようになったときにバット投げが始まると言われているのだ。
そして次は三球三振。かなり低めのスライダーもあったんだし１球くらい見ろよ。三好だってファウル打ったりして粘ったよ？三振だけどさ。内容が下妻なみだもん。
３打席目、今度は三球見逃し三振、もはや居る価値ないだろう。しかし最後の打席の「ライトフライは良い感じで打てた」なんてガム噛んでニヤニヤしてるだろうから許せないのである。

ま、２億円ＦＡで頼んできてもらった手前、成績があがらないからって急に酷い待遇はできない、という会社の方針もあるのだろう。
でもさ、本場のＭＬＢじゃニューヨークヤンキースが前年のホームラン王を不振（今のアマダーくらいの成績）で躊躇なく解雇してるんでっせ！金返せっていうのとは違うから、金やったけどイラネから消えろ！というのは大変明確である。
二軍のポジション枠だってもったいないから今江には即刻自由契約でロッテにでも戻って楽しい野球生活を下品にガム噛みながら全うしてほしいもんですね。
なんでここまで書くのか？多分書くと、また今江ファンの方から●ね！とかいうコメントをたくさんいただくんだろうけど。アタシは少なくとも移籍してきた選手は最初は好きじゃない。チームの誰かが出て行った変わりだったりするし。
でも松井稼頭央も、藤田も勝利に貢献してくれれば次第に頼りにするし、もう熱狂的なファンでもある。しかし、今江には「来てくれてよかった！」という思いを一度もさせてもらったことがないからである。こういう人は多いと思うのだけれど、今江本人はそんなこと気づきもしてません！という顔で今日もガムをくちゃくちゃ間で凡退しても笑っているわけで。
人柄ではなく、どれだけ貢献できるか。それだけですな。
なので、今江は他チームにいけばいいんじゃないすかね。
だって今江は１０７打席で打点７だもん。しかも３番とか５番とかの中軸を任されて。
三好ですら途中出場が多くて７１打席で打点９あるんだからさあ。

さて、今日ネックになったのは３、４番。ま、ウィーラーは普段は右も打ってるし問題ないでしょう。
アマダーは解雇して新しい外国人を補強と言う希望も出てますな。賛成です。代わりがいるなら。カーターと接触したという噂もありますがアマダーと同じ轍を踏む可能性があり２億以上とも言われているので難しいでしょうけど。
しかしアマダーは打点に関しては下記のとおりであるの。

となるとチーム内５位の打点能力の持ち主を抹消するにはよほどの人を上げなければいけないけど。正直言って内田だってどうかわからない。すくなとも外野が多すぎる現状では田中ではなかったと思うけど。右の走れる外野ということなんだろう。
でも足りないのは二遊間かファーストでしょう。今江、銀次か銀次、藤田の選択肢しかない現状ではファーストできる選手が最もほしいはずだと思う。

というわけで、まさか解雇はできないから今江を抹消して中川が内田を上げることが最善策だと思うのですが。普段は藤田、銀次でよいわけだから代打でもいいわけだしね。

追伸、先ほどファームの試合結果見たらば、昇格どころじゃない酷い打撃成績でした。
今のメンバーでやるしかないっすね。
