とうとう金曜勝利
しかし安楽は毎回のようにヒットを打たれてランナーを出す。松田のあわやセンターバックスクリーンインの当たりは島内が惜しくも取れず３ベース。その後、内野ゴロの間の１点で済んだのは儲けもんだったかと。
２回。島内倒れてペゲーロ。この回もインコース高めストレートオンリーの攻め。しかしストライクを取れなかったことやカットされたりで変化球を投げざるを得なかったのでしょう。キャッチャーがミットを上にして変化球要求をした時点でうちそうな気はしました。ペゲーロの左中間へのホームランは打球が見ずらいのとテレビカメラがすぐに追いつかないのでファウルかどうか判別ができないのですが、自分としては打った瞬間のペゲーロの表情で入ったかどうか判るようになってきました。打った途端に棒立ちになって「いったねこれは」と言わんばかりの表情でボールが消えていく行方を見ているポーズが好きですなあ。そしてテレビ画面も通常はライトスタンドを映すのですが、ペゲーロ弾の時は球場後ろにある高層マンションを映し出します。なので、これが映ったときは、ほぼペゲーロのホームランなので何だか嬉しい風景になってきました。
ところが得点はこれだけ。いや、ヒットにしても岡島と島内のヒットはウィーラーが還したので全部点になりました。ペゲーロのホームランも。唯一、ウィーラーの内野安打だけは点にならなかったのです。そして、これらがチームすべてのヒットだったという驚きの事実。つまり、ウィーラー２本、ペゲーロ１本、岡島１本、島内１本。長打がなければ５安打完封パターンですねえ。
これは５番から９番まではノーヒットだからです。しかし、ここで枡田二軍に行け、とかアマダー解雇しろ、とは言いません。ベンチも苦しい思いで打順を作っているのでしょう。下位でヒットが打てるようになってきた岡島を３番にしたために下位では打てる人がいないわけですね。なので枡田、アマダーを配置したのですがまったく機能しない、と。アマダー引っ込めて聖沢か松井稼頭央と言う手もありますが一発の怖さはほぼ消滅しますし、聖沢も猛打賞ほどの活躍はしない。となると、長打のある枡田、アマダーを出して復調のきっかけを待つしかないのかも。
事実、アマダーは２四球選びました。ええ、ＤＨが２四球で良い仕事したとは言ってません。でもホームランバッターは攻めが厳しい為、四球になるような球しか来ない事も往々にしてあります。それを最近のアマダーのように何でも打ちに行っては打率は下がる一方ですね。
ＡＪがいたころは厳しいボールは見逃し三振しても平気！というスタンスで無理には打ちませんでした。たまに来る甘い球だけを打っていたのです。そうすると打率も出塁率も自然と上がる事になるんですねえ。だって.256、１０本くらいだったら許せると思いませんか？
考えてみればウィーラーも２割切ってもスタメンで起用し続けたおかげで、今ではチームの絶対的な主力なわけです。これってデーブの時も我慢していればそうなったかもしれないわけで。あの時は一か月も我慢できなくて抹消を繰り返して、ようやく使える頃には終わってたんすよね。だから、桝田もアマダーも８月の痺れる試合を続けるころにもまだ不調ならサヨナラするとして、もうすこし状態が上がるのを待つことにしました！アタシは！
中継ぎはよかったすね。予定は安楽６回までだったのでしょうが、無理でした。７回は菊池？久保？と思いましたが高梨。まずまず。ただ中村のサードライナーはウィーラーがグラブからボールを半分もはみ出させて取ったファインプレイ。ラッキーですね。
やはり柳田からの中軸を抑えるなら福山でしょう。どうどうたるピッチングでした。ハーマンは転んだのを除けばあんなところかな。ノーヒットはなかなか。ランナー出すと走られるので辛いですけどね。松井は柳田、デスパイネ、内川という恐怖のトリオを完全に抑えました。他球団とは違いますね。
そして明日の美馬ＶＳ千賀
美馬がそこそこやるとして、千賀から３点はとらなければなりません。打線は明日もセカンド銀次でファースト枡田でしょう。藤田が打つ方でかなり良くないので、ショート三好と合わせて出塁が期待できない守備人間が同時に二人になってしまうからです。つまりは今日と同じ。ただ、１点を争う投手戦になるとするとペゲーロＤＨ、岡島ライト、レフト聖沢or松井稼頭央、という方法もあるかと思います。
ということは明日もウィーラー、ペゲーロ頼みになるんでしょうなあ。２本づつくらい打ってくれるといいけど。
