こんな良い４月がかつてあったか？

なんと７勝１敗で首位。去年も春に首位になったことがあったと思うけど。確か熊本地震でゴームズが逃走したあたりから一気に連敗して定位置に戻ったのかもしれない。
その後は長打を打てるのがウィーラーだけだったし単打の今江と銀次も不振となれば最下位もしかたないですねえ。
今年はウィーラー、アマダーが打線ではいないも同然の状況でも点が取れる。銀次、岡島、がいいしスタメンで出だしたら藤田もよい。そしてペゲーロと茂木の長打もある。これで今日復調の兆しを見せたウィーラーも間違いなく打つからかなりいいですねえ。

岸はさすがの安定感。カウントを取れなくてどうしようもない、とか、簡単に連打を許すという事がないもん。則本より安心してみていられる。こうしてみると西武ファンが失ったものはおおきかったんだなあ、と思います。

さて、今日は岸の代わりに森が抹消になりました。来週の登板はないということなんすね。
銀次が絶好調でいつのまにか打率を３割中盤にもってきました。この調子でけがなしでいけばまた３割に乗るんじゃないでしょうか。去年は相当「不要論」もぶちあげましたが、こういう時は「テノヒラカエシ」する主義です。
島内も文句つけてましたが、まあ一試合1本ヒット打てばいいんじゃないでしょうか。最低限の進塁打と。

今日も４番にいいところで回ってきました。さすがにアマダーも打てない事で焦ってたのかもしれません。走塁で大きなミス。つか中継した内野手が一番驚いたのでは？「え？まだそこのいんの？」というくらい遅かったすね。そもそも走るの間違いだし。今年になってから積極的に回すまきしコーチも止めたらしく、すげー怖い顔してました。サイン無視でおこられたんでしょうかね。
最後の打席で打てなければさすがに打順変更かベンチウォーマーか？と思われましたが低めの変化球をうまくとらえてレフト前タイムリー。よかったです。
しばらくはホームランじゃなくても軽打狙いでいいんじゃないすかね。特に得点圏では。ランナーなしの場面ではランナーに出ると邪魔なので一発狙いとして。

打線は好調。つまり日替わりでも誰かが打つわけですが考えてみれば先発を含めて炎上した投手陣がほとんどいないんですなあ。
古川だって４失点くらいだし。あとは釜田。８試合で二人しか先発が失敗していない。
中継ぎも打たれる二人は入れ替えたし。
ただ、勝利方程式は森原、ハーマン、松井　と　高梨　福山にきまってる。
菅原と今野をビハインド時にしか出さないと連戦時にみんな連投になっちゃうよねえ。大量リードした時に試したいけど先日は青山がああゆう感じになったから怖くて起用できないのかしら。せめて森原と菅原を交互に起用するくらいの余裕が欲しいですね。

次回は郡山とKスタ。確か郡山は勝ててなかったような気が。でも球団史上初をやってるんだから大丈夫でしょう。則本だし。

４回をノーヒットでも登録抹消された森の存在は、今の充実した投手陣を象徴していますね。
期待以上の強さでデキ過ぎの感もありますが、投打ともにレベルアップした戦力を見れば、勝つべくして勝っているとも言えそうなので、今年は秋まで楽しませてくれそうですね。
