中川の走者一掃３ベースで勝つ

釜田君はヒットを打たれたりピンチをまねくもなんとか５回１失点と結果を出したと言えるでしょう。しかし打撃陣はあいかわらず。8回まで銀次、田中、のヒット、茂木のバントヒット、足立のヒット、藤田のタイムリーの散発5安打で得点１です。
その後、満塁の場面で中川の初打席。前進守備レフトの上を超える走者一掃のタイムリー２ベース。要はこれで勝てたということですなあ。ウィーラーも無安打だったし。
抑えは福山。今日は前回のようにストレート勝負はゼロ。全部シュートかスライダー、フォークという実践モードなのかもしれませんが余裕で三凡でした。

おや？とオモッたのが田中がライトに入っていた事。だってライトと言えば岡島の聖域。なのに岡島はレフトにいるのです。先日二軍行きになった田中を早くも呼び戻してライトで起用するというのはライト岡島じゃない方向も模索しているということではないか？
しかもレフトと言う場所は、フェルナンド、松井稼頭央、何故かセンター扱いされない聖沢、福田、ペゲーロなどが凌ぎを削る激戦区でもある。もしかすると岡島という聖域はなくしてしまおう、という方向で動いてたりして。
でもみんなが良くない状態だった場合はこれまでの実績しか判断材料がないからベテラン優先になるかもしれませんねえ。

で、中川なんですが、中川が戻ってからの一軍試合でははっきりいって、まともにヒットらしいヒットを打っているのは中川だけです。でも今年は現段階で不調ではないファーストやサードに入れるか？というと、彼らが不調で外さざるを得ない状況までは難しいかと。のこりあと１０試合くらい？のオープン戦で最低でも一試合一本、二試合にはホームラン一本打てば一軍残れるんじゃないでしょうか。
残ってしまえば日替わりでファーストとサードやってもいいんだし。代打というタイプじゃないしね。今の楽天打線に最も欲しい長打もある右打者だから一軍に一番近い位置にいると思うんだよねえ。期待。


ところでWBCはイスラエルに勝ちましてアメリカの決勝リーグ出場決定ですね。
勝ち負けはどうであれ、前回はアメリカが本気のオーダーじゃなかったようなので、本気のアメリカとかドミニカとかと戦うとどうなるのか結果が見たいもんです。純粋な応援と言うよりは、どのくらい酷くやられるのか？どこまで相手を慌てさせることができるのか？という興味本位な見方なんすけどね。

ところで今日の最終回、牧田が出てきて驚きませんでした。点差は開いてたけど、確実に堅実に牧田で締めようという考え方は正しいと思うのです。酷使という声もあるようですが、次の試合は約一週間後で日があくし。逆にキューバ戦から全く投げないで準決勝で、というのも不安です。

しかし、どうにも腹が立つのが、牧田が失点した時にブルペンでは誰も用意していなかったことです。これってプレミア１２で大失敗した時と同じだよね？どうも、これは権藤コーチのようなのだ。
どっかで聞いた話によればラジオで権藤さんが「監督は増田で行こうといったけど、最後は牧田で抑えてアメリカにいきたかった」と言ったとか。

このジイサンのころの抑え投手の立場てのは江夏さんが言ってた。クローザーが投げているときにブルペンで誰かが練習していると「信用されていない」「侮辱された」と思いぶち切れそうになるとのこと。
広島時代の日本シリーズでそれをやられてマウンドから降りようとしたところを衣笠になだめられたとか。

だから権藤ジーさんの世代なら「抑え投手に失礼だからプルペンでは誰も用意しない」なんてことやってるんじゃなかろうか？想像ですけど。
だってさ、打球が足に当たったり、投げた時に肉離れとかけっこうありがちでしょう。打たれなくても交代の必要が出てくるんだもん。
今どき、抑え投手のプライド云々より「もしもの時のために万全の準備をしておきました」という行為のどこがわるいのだろうか？
牧田が３失点をくらい、なおもランナーがいる場面で慌てて増田が練習してた様子はプレミア１２とまったく同じである。
こういう耄碌じいいさんは「ワシのころなら３分で肩ができあがった」とか昔話レベルで物を言いそうだからなあ。小久保さんも重鎮とは言え、コーチの言い分を子分みたいに黙ってハイハイ聞くのなら役目を交代してもらうべきだよなあ。
