やはり久保テストかよ！

以前から報道されていたように元ＤＮＡの久保をキャンプでテスト。なんだか去年を見ているようですなあ。戦力外になった選手をテストして入団させる例が楽天では多いと思う。野村再生工場以来の伝統なんすかね。
ただ、無駄な事すんなよ！と思うのはアタシだけなんでしょうか。

いや、もし久保がスゲー戦力になったらどうすんだよ！という人もいるでしょうし、それは投げてみないとわかんないのは確かだけど。
去年の結果を見ているとねえ…。
本当に首脳陣が「これはいい！やれるよ！」とか思って獲ったのか？と疑いたくなるもん。

金無英は一軍登板は二試合だけ。確か初登板は四球ですぐ降板。二試合目にはホームラン打たれて降板。それ以来ずっと二軍で塩漬け。

山内にいたっては１試合だけ。しかも１打者にしか投げさせていない。酷く遅いボールが外角高めに抜けてストライクが入らない。ストレートの四球か？と思われたけどバッターがボール球を打ち損じてフライアウト。山内からすれば四球を出したわけじゃないしヒットも打たれていない。アウト取ったのに二軍落ちで塩漬けなのだから納得いかなかったろう。ま、素人目にもダメな感じだったけど。

普通は首脳陣がテストして「いける！」と思ったのなら、こんなに見切りが早いわけねんじゃね？ということだよなあ。しかも両選手ともに敗戦処理のどうでもよい場面だもん。「二度と起用しない」と思うには３試合くらい起用してみるのが普通じゃないかと思えてくる。

プロだから見ればすぐわかるのだ！という人もいるかもしれないけど、だったらテストのときに判断できねえのか？とも思うし。

要はベンチの意向ではなく、球団経営陣からのコネによるゴリ押しがあるんじゃないかと思ってしまうわけよね。初めから「この選手を入団させて、なおかつ必ず一軍で使う事！」というような。
打者一人だけに投げさせて降格。のちに解雇。というのは「指示通り一軍でやらせました、これでいいでしょ？」というベンチの思惑を感じるのだけどねえ。

これで問題なのは支配下枠を使っていること。コネ入団の選手を当面は育成でやるならいいけど、支配下枠に入れることで頑張っている育成若手はそのままになる。しかもオフに解雇することを決めていても日本人的な配慮で支配下枠のまんま。現に柿沢なんかは巨人でも支配下枠で獲得したのにねえ。

これって一般社会で言うと。今年こそ正社員になれる！と頑張ってきた契約社員が社長のコネで入ってきた「昔はよかった」老人のために今年も契約社員のまんまやんけ！というパターンではないか？
現場の課長も困ったあげく、一応老人を現場に出してみるも結果は出ず。そして上のいう事は聞いたからそのままフェードアウトして年が明けてさすがに社長もうなずいてクビにした。とかね。
こんなの毎年やってればダメになるのは当然だよなあ。だって正社員だったけど実績があがらないから契約社員になっちゃった人もいるわけで。

アタシのような素人が見ていて腹が立つのは実力だけと言われるプロ野球の世界に、こうしてド素人の経営陣がコネ人事を行う事である。育成や采配を任せるなら人事にも口出すんじゃねえよと思ってしまうんだけど。

無論、久保投手は実はまだ素晴らしい活躍をするのかもしれない。ただ、テストの数日で合否がわかるくらいなら、去年の戦力外になった時点で判断できるくらい調査しているべきだと思うし。この時期にテストなんて言っているようでは初めから結果は決っているんだと思う。もし不合格になれば首脳陣エライ！と思うけどね。

そもそもソフトバンクや日本ハムは戦力外選手を受け入れる例はほとんどない。若い選手をよりピックアップしたいという方向だもん。ドラフトで取った若手より過去に実績があったベテランを寄せ集めるのは選手がいなかった創世記の伝統がまだあるのかなあ楽天は。
