横山解雇に驚き

川本はドラフトで捕手獲ったので予想はしていました。もしかしたら細川を獲るつもりなのかもしれませんね。
しかし横山は正直言ってもう一年くらいは様子を見ても良いだろうという思いが。
１年目は１勝したけれど打たれて失点して１アウトも取れずに（走塁者がアウト）勝利投手と言う実質０勝という結果。
２年目は先発もあったけれど５回はもたず。
しかし今季は２ホールドもあったし、毎回炎上していたわけではなかったように思うんだけど。球速も上がったし、新人特有のビビッて四球連発も減ったように思えた。今期の戦力にならなかったのは確かだけど解雇するほど絶望的だとは思わなかったけどなあ。
一軍で四球出しまくり、ドーンと打たれて防御率最悪なのは小野も古川も同じだし。年齢的に猶予はないと見られたのかしら。フェニックスリーグで１失点を２回くらいしてたから見限られたのかな。
しかし150ｋを投げられるようになったらしいし、それなりにソフトバンク打線相手にシビレル場面でも抑えた経験もある。そもそも年俸も安いんだし、置いておいてもよさそうなもんだけど。支配下枠の問題なんすかね？育成にも多分しないんだろうと。だってファームではほとんど失点しないほど無敵な存在だったし。
それなら同じく結果が出なかった入野とか、いくら功労者とはいえ、メドの立たない片山とかだって同じだと思うんだけどなあ。

ただまだ若いのでトライアウトを受けて他チームで活躍して欲しいと思います。
