背番号変更ってなんだアレ

なんかねえ、ぱっとしないと良い背番号から大きな背番号に替えられてしまうという事はよくあったし、期待の新人が入ってくれば致し方ない部分もあるだろう。
牧田なんかは数年前にすごく期待されて中軸を打つとまで言われたため5になったんだろうけど。ま、今一つだったしねえ。今年は勝負強さもあってよかったけど前半は使われず後半は怪我で出場機会が少なかった。成功とは言えないから5を期待の茂木に譲ってあげればあ？というのは判らなくもない。でも三好はどうなん？今年3年目で藤田の穴を埋めて一時はそれなりに活躍もした。ぜんぜん進歩がないと言うシーズンじゃなかったのに。たった3年で背番号2を取り上げて新人の吉持に譲らせるって酷くね？三好も入団時に期待したからこそ2番という良い番号を貰ったはずなのに、3年目で、「あんた、もう2番の価値ねーから」と言われたことになる。高卒選手なら3～5年は見るんじゃないのか？しかも一軍でも出てるんだしねえ。内田も入団時は期待されて8番もらった。確かに今年はよいところなかったけど2年でもう８番剥奪ってなあ。そもそも三好も内田も代打とか数試合とかで我慢してじっくり使った試合なんて少ないもんね。そこで大ブレイクしないと背番号変えるってのは考え方がおかしくねえかと。それは吉持とか茂木が2年で一軍定着できない場合は同様に新入団の期待選手に自分の背番号を譲り渡すように強制される制度が楽天の暗黙の了解としてあることを示しているように思う。今江とかだって実力あれば背番号なんて117番でもいいんだから若手の番号横取りしてんじゃねえよ、と思ったりもするなあ。まあ、梨田監督がどれだけ新人を我慢しながら使うかにもよって変わってくるんだろうけど。まさか牧田はどうせロッテに人的補償で行くから何番でもいいだろう、という訳じゃないだろうな！
