岸も酷いがエラーの連鎖は最悪

人にもよるのだろうが、キャンプから開幕まで相当数の投げ込みをしなければいけない投手もいるだろう。その点、楽天は最後まで自粛を続けたからできるのは筋トレ程度でブルペンでの投げ込みはおろかキャッチボールもできなかっただろう。投げ込み不足が球速が上がらない原因かも。
松井は今日も二軍で８失点したらしいが、彼もオープン戦を順調にこなしていれば先発の可否も早くにわかっていたと思う。ま、コロナ影響はどの球団も同じだけど。

とはいえ、２点はエラーによるもの。ＴＶ画面では見づらかったが１点目はセンターへの浅いヒット。本来はランナーはサードでストップするはず。しかし松田が飛び出して挟まれる状態になったことで、あろうことか内野近くまで来ていた辰巳がサードランナーを見ないでセカンドへ送球。その間にサードランナーは余裕でホームイン。辰巳のボーンヘッドである。

また、前にこぼしたボールを何度も見失う太田。失点した場面は捕手前のバントのような打球。、見失わずにつかんでいればサードランナーは完全にアウト、もしくは戻っただろう。妙な回転がかかっていたがミットで押さえればよかったのに焦りが焦りを呼んでまともにボールを掴めなかった。打ち取って失点じゃあ岸も気の毒だ。

そして、小郷の牽制アウト。いろいろ作戦を仕掛けても自チームの選手は笛吹けど踊らずだったもんなあ。
そして一塁ランナーが飛び出した際にも茂木が相手選手に当ててしまう悪送球。重ならないようにライト側になげればよいのに、これもエラーの連鎖だろう。

ところで今日は極端な前進守備で外野を越されたケースが二度あった。解説では「極端ですね」とは言っていたが１点目は失敗したが打球はフェンスの下部に直撃。普通に守っていても同じだった。

２回目は守備がダメ。これは辰己に代打を送って山崎が入っていたため。辰巳に代打は当然。だって彼はここ６試合で２本しかヒットがなく打線としては「いないほうがよい」レベルなのだ。
そして勝負所で代走に山崎を出すのも当然。
しかしその結果、センターが山崎になっていたのはまずかった。前進守備でセンターオーバーだったが普通の足が速いセンターなら取っていただろう。山崎は初めは小走りでゆっくり追いかけて、その後慌てて全力疾走、手を伸ばして届かずであった。ちょうど真正面からくる打球だから距離感は難しいだろう。
やはり安易なユーティリティをやらせてはいけない。本職のセカンドで出番がないなら代走専門として起用すべきではないのかなあ。
まあ、今日は同点から何とか得点しようと攻めに攻めた結果でこういう布陣になったわけだけど。

明日勝って五分で終えたいところだけど正直予想できない。石川の調子が完全に戻っていれば大量得点は難しいし、石橋も前回と同じような投球を期待できるほど経験がない。厚い先発層とか言われていたが試合を作れそうなのは涌井、則本くらいになしまった。（塩見は一回だけじゃ安心できないことは皆さんご承知ですね？）
しかしソフトバンクは中村が戻っただけで打線が怖くなった。これからが恐ろしいですなあ。

★りりはりさん、太田も以前の貯金で３割とか紹介されていますが、もう打てないので守備だけなら足立がよいのかもしれません。しかし守れず打てずの山下を置いている意味がわかりません。
