辛島はどうしてリリーフでしかも敗戦処理のような使われ方をされているのでしょうか。
先発もしくは第２先発として使った方が良いと思います。

相変わらず主力は打てないけれど

久々の更新になってしまった。基本録画で見る（絶対にネットニュース等は見ないでおく）ので見始める時間によっては見終わるの朝方に近い、というケースもあり、とても記事は書けないのでした。特に西武戦の延長あたりからペースがおかしくなったのだった。
しかし西武戦は勝ってもつまんない。西武は自分で打ってあの点を取ったが楽天はグダグダ西武からもらった点なのだ。
特に今日抹消になったが久保の使い方に疑問。いつから勝ち継投に入ったのか？同点、１点差リードなどクローザーに近い場所で相手を抑える力はない。ストレートこそ去年より速く144ｋはでるが、決め球がない。勝ちはついたが前回も同点ホームラン打たれてんのだ。それをまた昨日出して試合が台無し。被害が出てから抹消するんじゃなくて、「そろそろまずいな」と事前に見極めなきゃコーチの意味がないよ。

ところで昨日は山本だったので。まあ無理だ、と誰もが思っただろう。しかし怪我。でも代役は・・・「ヒダリカヨ！」と選手も思ったのではないか。菊池雄星のような本格派も軟投派も左がとにかく打てないのは治らない。今の主力選手が数年かけて打てるようになっても遅いわけで。だからトレードで和田、下水流を獲って半ば強制的にスタメンで起用してんだろうなあ、と。
和田も右中間へのホームラン、タイムリーも出ているので当分はスタメンだろうが、まだ「これはすごい！」的な感じはしない。内田だって二桁打って今年はアレなわけだし。

ま、我慢して起用、というケースは育成のためにもどこでもやるが、
辰己の最近の打撃でスタメン起用、とか毎月１割台のウィーラーの本塁打一本で４番とか。我慢起用はチームに何人もいちゃおかしいだろう。強いチームで一人ずつ交代とかじゃないの？特定のファン以外は未来の為に金払ってんじゃなく、きょう勝つところを見たいんだし。ま、和田とか辰巳は若いからいいけどウィーラー、ブラッシュは来年いない可能性があるんだしね。
多分、和田がどんどん打つようになったらウィーラーの代わりにという考えか。去年までは内田だったんだけど。まあ西武みたいに長打主全員が日本人でメヒアはいなくってもいいもん！というのが理想だしね。
ただ、和田は守備が外国人並みに酷い。外野はもちろん多く守っているファーストも強い打球来ると抜かれるケースが多いからなあ。ＤＨでＯＫ！くらいに打ってくれればいいんだけど。

まあ、今月一杯が山場だろうけれど岸は戻ったが辛島は中継ぎ。塩見は不明。
則本、岸、弓削、石橋、菅原、藤平？
と先発はどうにも不安、そして打線も期待できるのは茂木、浅村、ちょっと島内くらい。
ただ渡辺佳は素晴らしい。考えて読み勝って打っているように見える。ただ銀次タイプというか長打がないからウィーラーの代わりになるわけではないところが難しい。もうブラッシュをライト固定もしくは二軍、ウィーラーＤＨでいいんでないのかしら。
