監督が気の毒に思えてきた

何だかベンチがどんな作戦を立てようが、今のメンバーではどうしようもないと今さらながら感じてしまった。

例えば

「茂木が離脱して内野が足りなくなりました！」

「よし！じゃあサードができる村林はどうだ？」

「いや、彼はちょっと一軍のレギュラーにはまだ」

「じゃあ鈴木をサードに戻してファーストを補充しよう、候補は次の中から選べ」

１、銀次　223.　0本　得点圏138.
２、内田　172.　5本　得点圏217.

「・・・・・・」
てな感じでもう選択肢がないに等しい

また、今日の５回、先頭バッターの田中がヒットで出塁。バッターは石原。
「よし、早いが捕手に代打を送って勝負に出よう！誰がいいだろう？」

１、岡島　231.
２、藤田　194.
３、黒川　143.
４、辰巳　217.
５、下水流211.
６．足立　167.
７、下妻　136.

１０回裏で選手がいないという場面でなく最初の代打でこの選択肢しかないというのでは「なんで岡島なんか出すんだよ」と監督を責める気にはなれない。だってどれをとっても外れクジのようなもんんだしね。せめて引っ張れる左打者ということだったんだろうが、結果が最悪のゲッツー。


外野にしたって開幕前はあれほど「競争が激しい」と言われていたが今では、
「レフトは島内で良い、残りは次のメンバーから選べ」
１、田中　242.　8本　得点圏214.
２、辰巳　217.　8本　得点圏200.
３、下水流200.　1本　得点圏286.
※小郷は打席数が少なすぎるので割愛

これではもう罰ゲームなみの采配である。
茂木が抜けるまでは茂木も鈴木も３割、浅村は２９０.くらいだがホームラントップ、小深田も２７０.で盗塁もアリ、他チームと比べてもそん色ない内野陣だったが。茂木が離脱して銀次である。銀次の成績は誰が見ても一軍に置いておけない数字である。しかし二軍の内田はもっとアレなのである。

そしてＤｈは「どんなに打てなくてもロメロにしろ」
「しかし、ロメロはもうホームランを９月から３本しかうってませんよ？」
「んじゃあ、和田しかかいないな」
「・・・・・・」という感じですかね。

これでは、先発投手が１点もやらずに四球などでランナーを出して浅村がホームランを打つ以外には勝てる方法がなくなってしまう。なので今日の試合も納得だ。石橋が仮に柳田のホームランの１失点で抑えていたとしても１－０で負けてたであろう。

本来は外野は一人で良かった。島内がいるし、センターを田中、辰巳、オコエらで埋めればよかったのである。ライトはＤＨを交互にロメロかブラッシュ。
しかしブラッシュ行方不明、ロメロ絶不調で外野は全員日本人となったらば質も駒もたりなかったという形。
通常ならブラッシュが消えた時点で誰か外国人を未知数であっても数人は入れるものであるが、今年はコロナで不可能だった。広島からＤＪはもらったが、長距離砲はさすがにどのチームも金積んだってくれるわけないし、即戦力となる選手ならなおさらである。
となると、たらえば論なのでわからないが、予備を用意しないまま本人を気遣ってウィーラーを巨人に出してやったことはウィーラーにとっては良かっただろうけど球団、ファンにとってはどうだったんだろう、と思う。育成とかで密かに外国人長距離打者でも育てていた、というなら話は別だけど。年俸の問題という説もあるが２億惜しいならプロ野球に関わるなって話だ。

要は、開幕時は良いメンバーでオーダー組めたけど、怪我等で離脱したら替えはいないからな！と後から宣言されたようなもんである。

だって、上に数字上げた人たち。若い人、特に入団二年目までの人はこれから期待できるけど、そうじゃない人は一般的に一軍に帯同できる成績じゃないでしょう？二軍で調子を上げるために必死に練習、二軍の試合をやっているべきであって、ナイターの一軍で打てずにベンチで「あ～あ」とか言ってる場合じゃあないのだ。

無論、今後も終わるまで試合は見る。しかし、このメンバーを見ると前述したピッチャーが零封、浅村がホームランのケース以外に勝てる要素はない。多分、今は負けが込んでいるが西武には抜かされるだろう。日本人選手の地力が違いすぎる。となれば西武ファンは喜ぶだろうが、岸と浅村は「西武から略奪した」みたいな言い方されてもいいけど涌井と牧田まで同じ言い回しされれうのは変。だって涌井はロッテの選手でしょ？出身は無関係。牧田はメジャーの選手でしょ？出身は無関係。最後に所属した球団が略奪球団と言われるのは理屈に合わない。
ま。しかしこれだけの選手を出しても西武にはメヒアに頼らなくてもよい日本人選手が多く居るわけで、スカウト、ドラフト、育成は楽天なんかよりかなり優れているのだろうと予想。

しかしコロナもまずまず落ち着いて来日後二週間様子見すれば合流できるらしいから、逆にＭＬＢが来年どうなるかわからないが、またメジャーしかやらないとすればメジャースレスレの選手を獲得できるチャンスもあるという、なかなか駆け引きが難しいストーブリーグになりそうですね。

★りりはちさん、銀次は多分このままでしょう。複数年契約なので解雇はないですが、代打向きでもないようですし、来期は開幕から打ちまくらない限り二軍で引退までやってもらうしかなさそうですね。

補強というのはある程度選手がいて足りない部分を補強するんでしょう
だけど楽天のやってることは違う
育てるの面倒だから育って出来上がった選手を金に物言わせて強奪する
そんなやり方してたら生え抜きの選手はいつになっても上に上がれないし育たない

浅村個人打線…ドラフトで取った選手ちゃんと育てようよ
どうするの？また今年も金に物言わせて強奪ですか？
